Profession, understood what I needed done and explained the process wells He recognized that I needed the work done quickly to meet a buyer’s inspection request as my home is pending a sale. He was able to do install the new drain lines for my sump pump the same day and did an excellent job.

Eric was very nice . He took the times to explain everything to me in a very professional manner. I am a first time buyer. I didn’t know anything about water softener but Eric explained everything that I need to know and how to maintain it. I called LD Smith because I didn’t have water in the toilets and shower. My water heater was leaking and I didn’t know. I just told and showed him and he already knew what the problem was. Eric and his coworker did a great job. I will use LD smith in the future and highly recommended.

When I called Weilhammer Plumbing they tried to help me on the phone but the water heater still was not working so they came first thing the next morning. Hosey came out and fixed our water softener that was spraying water. This issues caused us to lose all water pressure in the house. He was super helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. Even the ones I had to reask due to my own confusion. He went above and beyond repairing the leak and making sure all faucets had their water pressure returned!

Besides unclogging the toilet line to the septic, he also looked at a few other issues and made suggestions on the best ways to correct the problems.
