We live in a 96-year-old house with a clay tile sewer line about 13 feet below ground and 110 feet long. The Saturday after our 2021 family Thanksgiving our line gave out, backup into the house and filled with sand in certain sections. The house was unusable, and we had to move out. I talked with many vendors and settled on Pristine. Ron (Pristine owner) was experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took me through the details of the project, estimated time frame, and the issues that would likely surface. The price was reasonable and fair. During the project, Pristine communicated clearly and often letting us know when workers would be on site and when they would not. They also let us know the names of the workers coming each day. Most days, for our project, Pristine sent Mike and Stephen. I want to say a few words about these two hard-working men. Mike and Steve were committed, diligent, and most admirably, took pride in what they were doing. They were experienced, confident, and efficient and worked as if they had done this type of repair a thousand times. This gave my wife and I the reassurance we needed during this disruptive time. I highly recommend Pristine and would hire them again in a heat beat. Thak you for fixing our sewer line!

They installed a water softner at a decent price. Said they would have to move the water heater to fit it in, no big deal. Except there was water standing on the floor under the water heater an hour after they left. Guy came out next day to fix and still charged $150! stating corrosion at a connection was the cause. Seemed fine before they moved it. For the PRICE they charged up front, I guess I expected a better guarantee that my floor wouldn't be flooded when I woke up the next morning. Will use someone else next time.

Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! Whole house evaluation was good and prices quoted were good then scheduling the work to get done was delayed twice. Cancelling the work and getting another company worked out well. Money paid to ACME through credit card account to start work that was cancelled the next day still has not been credited back to my account a month later. Just left a message with a real person with their answering service. I will see if they return my call tomorrow. Just got call from I tech but he did not know why he was calling. I had to explain again to him what I had already told the answering service
