Best Water Softener Installation in Indianapolis IN

Our first experience was great. This week, however, has been nothing short of a nightmare. All I needed was a drain clean out. Three days of waiting three different guys telling me it was my main street line, or perhaps we need to chop up your bathroom, to I'm not the guy (3 times) they finally poured some stuff down and plunged (5 min) they got it working. Never will they step foot in my home again. It also cost me more because they sent someone out who was not the service tech. Reporting to BBB

Nothing, they cannot even keep scheduled appts made three days prior!! Wanted a simple snake ran in main line. They never showed and close to end of appt time they text me to say they will need to charge more. 3x more. They also are not available 7 days. I had to schedule appt out for Monday. No fear called a real plumber who came when he specified and had zero issues. Charging me only $200.

We had Michael replace our old lines (cast iron, copper and pvc) with Pex. He came out on a Saturday and did a fantastic job! The price was fair and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

Great company! Used them for multiple projects around the house. Quoted a water heater install for half the price of the contractor the big box store sent out. Answered all the questions I had and were in and out. Only plumbers I’ll use.

This was our first time using Carter’s Plumbing and we were very pleased. They responded to our after hour emergency call quickly and gave us a quick estimate. Our tech was clean, polite, friendly and successfully completed the repair in a short amount of time. Will likely use this company in the future.

Came to House 2 times said Water pressure was too high. Looked at water hammering and had to order part. Came back 2nd time with part to fix Water Hammering put part on. 2 days later water hammering is NOW louder and worse. 2nd plumber came and said water pressure was to high in house. They could of put a Pressure reducing valve on water line coming into house (according to my plumber friend) but they chose to ignore that. Now 300.00 later still same problem. Probably will choose a different plumbing company.

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

I've seen reviews from others saying this company is rude. I have NEVER found them to be rude, just frank and honest! I find that refreshing so my time and money won't be wasted if for some reason I would need to call someone else. We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc.They tend to exceed my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Keep up the great work!!!

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.

Good company that knows what they are doing but very expensive. When I asked why it cost over $500 to replace 2 Delta shower cartridges, they responded saying the parts cost $300. Really? Felt like I was taken advantage of.
