Let’s talk about customer service. I am blown away by how Ryan McCormack went above and beyond in ensuring our main line was cleared out with a camera inspection, he checked the crawl space to ensure there were no leaks and overall had some good recommendations on how to avoid the issue in the future. Furthermore, he noticed I had a new toilet seat that I had not gotten around to installing yet and he offered to put it on for me, no additional charge. He just wanted to make sure his customer was taken care of. I’ve noticed over the years that customer service, as a whole, is becoming an afterthought. When you hear the words customer service, it seems as it’s used as a buzz word more than actually providing the customer with superior service. I can tell you, without reservation, that Ryan epitomizes what customer service should really be. He is professional, helpful, insightful and most importantly he went above and beyond to help his customer when he really didn’t have to. I appreciate everything he did, as well as Mike, the gentleman who unclogged the mainline. Overall, even if a company isn’t the cheapest, if they can provide a level of customer service that exceeds my expectations it goes a long way in ensuring they’ll have my repeat business.

Adam and Brett came by to reset a toilet and give me price quotes for a water softener. I had a different company out the prior day. They were honest and told me that half of the things didn’t need to be fixed and provided an affordable price for the needed repairs. It’s so hard to find an honest company and I will call them every time for all future plumbing needs!

Quick service 20 minutes= $250 for leak. If you don't have a 3rd party plummer, you'll SPEND.

1030 at night. Broke off my shut off valve to the toilet.....and they were the last company I called with 24 hour service.....and they were the first to call back and they guy lived 45 min from me and was there in an hour...... Really good guy.....will refer them over anyone else for sure.

My gasline needed to be replaced. Aaron got the job done. He was friendly and professional. As was the phone staff. The cost of the repair was fair.

Tim came out to install a vanity for me. He was extremely nice and worked around my work schedule. Finished the work quickly and was competitively priced. Because i had a bigger project for him to complete he fixed my toilet flapper for free. Things like that are why I will always use Plumb Doctor in the future.

Update - I used Plumb Dr again today and they fixed my toilet flange as well as a bathroom faucet. Jared was excellent.

Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. Casey handled the common plumbing requests with ease and efficiency. And I had a lot of requests.

Brook was so nice taking my calls and Tim was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about my home issues. Even though I have a home warranty; i realized becoming a member would be an asset to my regular maintenance. I'm so glad my warranty company allowed me to choose a plumber since they couldn't get one to me fast enough. These guys came within a few hours!
