Best Water Softener in Indianapolis IN

Alex P came and helped clean out our main drain and get our house into shape. He was friendly and helpful and worked around our schedule. And he was nice to our puppy!

Lets start off by saying I own real estate and I am also a general contractor. These guys are the truth they came and used the commercial hydro jetter to remove a piece of backer board from the 4 inch drain pipe that was 40 ft inside of the drain. Most other plumbing companies don't even own a commercial hydro jetter. Not only did they give me a competitive price but they came next day and also removed the stone. These are the only guys I would recommend for any serious plumbing issue. I have them on speed dial from here on out. Thanks for the price match and also being punctual. I couldn't find better guys in 12 years of this business. They are truely a must hire!!!

This is the 2nd time Michael has put in a water heater for us. We have used them for over 10 years. Summer is always quick to return calls. Great service. Hopefully we will be using them in another 10 years.

Big couple of days for us with LD Smith Plumbing. TJ and Joe did an awesome, professional and thorough job installing a new tankless water heater system. Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

I had a very basic sercie call of replacing a 100A main breaker. I told them what I needed when we set up the service call. The work and customer service was fine. The final price was double what it should have been. Over $400 for less than an hour job and a $70 msrp breaker. Crazy high priced! I had to cancel the rest of my work with this company just due to their prices. Another local electrical company finished the rest of the work for much more respectable prices.
