We had a 10 year old water heater that was installed with the house. The sensor went out on it and we were not getting any hot water. Mitch, very patiently, went through our options to replace the sensor or to replace with a newer model. He explained that replacing the sensor would just be a band aid that could last a day, week, year or 2?? He had no way of knowing, but knows that water heaters tend to only last 8-10 years. We were on the upper end of that. He had with him a replacement and was able to get it installed in a couple of hours at a very good price. Keeping in mind, that I called Pristine Plumbing at about 8:15 am for a broken sensor and had a brand new system by 2pm, I would say that this was the best service I have received from any trades organization. I would highly recommend them.

I had floor replaced in bathroom & flooring company replaced toilet but toilet was leaking and not functioning correctly. Carter’s came & reset toilet efficiently, professionally, and very courteous. Highly recommend!

I called him to come and fix my water heater after a failed attempt to change some parts on my boyfriend and I's part. Instead of insisting on coming out to fix the problem, he graciously told us what we did wrong and where to buy the parts. We will definitely use him if it comes down to a problem we can't fix! You can't beat that kind of honesty and helpfulness!

Tech came out and told me I had to replace the ejector pump for 1500 dollars. Had second quote by a mom and pop place - put in a new check valve and it worked fine for $200.00. Do your due diligence and get multiple quotes and don't let this large company lie to you. Never again, will I call them, that was enough to turn me away for life.

With a need you really want people to be interested, nice, kind, understanding, and, drop everything and come as soon as possible. Lol!. This is what I found with ACME. Thank you sooooo much!

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.

The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.
