Best Water Heater Tank in Indianapolis IN

I called Hope for a water heater issue and Ryan came out the same day (Friday before Labor Day weekend) and had it up and working in 15 minutes. I also asked him to look at a gas valve for my stove that needed replaced. He gave me a quote on the spot and had that finished in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, very professional, knowledgeable, and all around superb performance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services, especially with older homes. Thanks!

Grateful Plumbers arrived early and were very professional. We needed a jacuzzi tub faucet replaced and we were both very impressed with their knowledge. They were our second estimate and it came in at about half of the previous one. We Did use them for the repair and plan on using them for our irrigation system also.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. The gentleman who came out was very nice and professional HOWEVER, the cost was exorbitant. The charge for the work was very high and be because it was Saturday there was an additional $89 charge. Other companies sdvertise $93 to unclog a sink 24/7.

We discovered our crawl space had flooded New Year's day. They were out within 2 hours of our emergency call to start on the mitigation process. The following morning someone from the Roto-Rooter Team came over and literally walked me through the insurance claim process and told me they would be back that afternoon to continue with mitigation. Super helpful!! They were quick, communicative and thorough. I would recommend this team over and over again!

Team was nice and friendly but their craftsmanship was horrible. We figured we were paying for the best when we got our new furnace installed. Unfortunately they left pipes blowing in the wind, the ran it through our attic and took the easiest route possible. In doing so our storage area up there was diminished. Next time I'll hire the weird neighbor guy before I hire these less than professionals.
