Ed came over and introduced himself. He asked before he came in for permission. Everything was yes ma'am please and thank you. He was very professional and very kind. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.

Michael did a great job removing a leaky hot water heater. On time & kept the house clean.

They scheduled service the same day i called, and arrived exactly on time (from an hour drive away). Diagnosed the problem quickly. Was here about 4 hours and worked hard non-stop. Turns out they have to come back again to perform a more elaborate action (water jets) to clear the line and they scheduled that service promptly for tomorrow morning. In discussing the problem with them it turned out the city could have been at fault because they were out boring and digging in our yard by the street to install some fiber optic cable. Our service man said they could (and would) send a camera through the line the next day to see if they could identify the cause and assess the situation. He told us that both of these next-day services and the camera assessment would be included in the original cost for the first day. If we can prove the city was at fault, the city will have to pay the bill (I hope!). They had to remove one of the toilets to do the work today and replaced all the fittings and wax. The serviceman the first day left all the the places clean, wore booties the entire time, was courteous and professional. The next day, the guy with the water jets was on his way and called to confirm the appointment, but told us about the cost for the service would be about $400. I was surprised and told him that the guy the first day said we wouldn't be charged anything more. He called his manager and got back to me immediately saying that the manager would honor what the guy said and not charge us for either of the next day services even though normally they would (the first guy I guess didn't explain things well to us or didn't know. But I appreciated that they gave me the benefit of the doubt and lived up to their word, as told by their serviceman. They cleared the line, and sent the camera down and sure enough confirmed the problem was the fiber optic cable running right through our lateral drain. So the city did have to get the fiber optic installers to come repair the damage and they covered the cost of our plumbing services as well.

They were able to come out within an hour of my call. Very nice and finished within 30 minutes. I've used them twice and they've been great both times.

Brad was not only professional but so informative on what was going on with our water heater. Highly recommend them!! And they were quick to get out to my house!!

The lady on the phone was so delightful and professional. She was able to schedule a technician to come to our home the following day, even though it was nearly 5:00 when I called.

Eric was our technician such a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently and was able to take care of the clog we had been trying to rectify ourselves. As he worked, we chatted. As it turned out, he grew up just down the street from us!

When Eric had our pipes free and clear again, he packed up his equipment, wiped up the floor of the cabinet and the floor outside the cabinet.

We are very pleased with the service and personnel of Ciriello Plumbing and will call them should we ever need plumbing service again. Great job, Ciriello!

Although they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly for a replacement of a hot water heater they replaced 4 years ago, they TOTALLY took advantage of our situation and charged us far too much for their labor ($555)! It was double what they charged for the one they replaced under our HSA warranty. The technician was nice enough but to charge for a diagnosis and draining of the hot water heater, both of which my husband had done prior to their arrival, was ridiculous. I would not recommend them again unless you have lots of money to spare.

There were no problems to complain about

Quickly responded to call of flooded basement. (I had called several plumbers and hadn't even gotten a return call.) Plumber drained the basement and installed a new sump. 6 months later when the new pump wasn't working quite right, plumber came out again and took care of the problem without charge. Friendly service. Would use again.

Only place I could find that could come out the same day, and they managed to come within a couple hours. Was it more expensive than it needed to be? Possibly. But when you need someone out that day it's hard to complain. They also helped out by using a moisture detector to help me find all the affected areas (water heater leak) which they didn't need to do. Very helpful and will for sure use again

Jason has been so great to work with. He shows up on time and gets the work done quickly. Both my houses are over 100 years old and his plumbing knowledge is impressive. Happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust!

Great staff all around! They went out of their way to be helpful with scheduling. The technicians were able to fix my gas pipe connection to my service box the same day. Best plumbing company ever!

Kenny in the Godby service department is top-notch! He solved a problem with our multi-zone heating and cooling system that stumped multiple technicians before him. I was starting to worry that we had a big and possibly unsolvable problem until Kenny arrived. His knowledge of these systems is second to none and his professionalism and service minded attitude make him a unique person this day and age. He’s also humble, genuine, thorough, and clean to boot! Would give him more than 5 stars if I could!
