This business is first rate from top to bottom. The owner works and keeps watch, but he has exceptional employees. Staff are knowledgeable and responsive to a fault. The quality of service is superb.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Weilhammer plumbing has fantastic service. I called to get a consultative visit about a a sewer gas smell in one of our bathrooms. We had had 2 other plumbers out over the last year to Attempt to diagnose the problem and both suggested expensive and invasive ideas to try and see if there was a leaky pipe somewhere in our walls.

Weilhammer was able to immediately realize what was going on and how it could be fixed. The fix was more than we were wanting to spend considering we are listing our home for sale this week but at least we were knowledgeable about the issue and that there was nothing to worry about as far as further issues arising.

The timely and friendly expert opinion was all offered at no cost and no pressuring with fear tactics of false claims

Paid for a drain snake and they didn’t unclog the line. Not a big deal, but they said I still owe despite them not being able to do anything. Recommend looking somewhere else!

The problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed within an hour of arrival. The plumber was very knowledgeable and took great care in addressing the issue and clean up after the work was finished. I highly recommend their service.

I had an estimate from another plumber to replace the motor in my steam room for 5,500 dollars. Because it seemed so expensive I reached out to PLUMB DOCTOR for a second estimate.
They told me I didn’t need an entire motor, I just needed to replace a part on the existing motor.

We couldn’t use any of our water in the house till our tank was pumped. Shane came out in less than an hour and had the tank pumped in no time.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

Tim did a great job going over the issues I was having and providing a solution. Also gave me a solution for issues I could face in the future. Already a service contract customer, but interactions like this will keep me renewing my service contract for years.
