My families water heater failed in the most spectacular way, and to top it off this was only 4 days after the birth of my son. We were recommended Hope Plumbing, and to say the least, I could not be happier with the services we received. Kurt was the technician that was working with us, and he was genuinely helpful and supportive during the whole time. I really can’t say enough how much we appreciate Kurt. I will be highly recommending this group to anybody who needs plumbing services!

Great experience with these guys. I had two toilets that kept running and called another supposedly reputable company first. They quoted me $1000 to replaced the units in the two tanks. This seemed pretty crazy, so I had them leave. Weilhammer was great to deal with from the start. They showed up on time, were quick, and replaced everything for $200. It's nice that we have some honest people in the area.

Our water heater broke and plumbdoctor was one of the top rated plumbers in indianapolis. They were able to come quickly and at a time that worked for me. Very friendly and punctual. Replaced our water heater in a couple of hours and made sure everything was running smoothly before going. The price was right around what I expected. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Our water pressure was almost nonexistent in the bathtub and the kitchen sink. Jeff fixed that and installed a new kitchen faucet. He did a great job on a hard place to work.

Furnace check:Mark was friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain why our system was not working.Furnace / heat pump replacement:Our furnace / heat pump stopped working. After a very timely estimate, they came out to install the next day. Originally, it was thought to be a 2-day job, but they sent 4 guys out to ensure that they completed the whole job in about 7 hours.Our home is warm now for the first time in over 10 years. They explained that our old system wasn't really adequate for the size of our home, and we were paying for it in our electric bill.The installers were patient while they explained all the changes to our new heating system.They were very knowledgeable and professional.

The technician arrived on time quickly identified the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. He also answered several questions that I had. I will be using them in the future.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.
