This is the second time I’ve had him out for plumbing services and I can’t say enough nice things about him and Pristine Plumbing. I am sure I am biased but if I ever have a plumbing issue I’d love to request Doug to come help if at all possible. Exceptional service installation of a water heater.

The LD Smith people were very professional and were willing to answer all our questions. They came rain or shine. Got a new sewage lateral of 100 feet put in with trenchless technology in three days. Had minimal damage to lawn. Very good at cleaning up afterward. They are nice, competent people.

Jeff Kew has GOT to be mistaken! Weilhammer Plumbing was nothing but great on the phone to me. He took time and really went into everything about my problem. Sometimes when people don't like the answer they get, they consider it rude. I can't imagine! I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered!

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.
