Best Toilet Replacement in Indianapolis IN

We had Quintin Bedwell with Hope out to fix our drain line from water softener. First fix was quick and he fully explained what he was going to do prior to the work, he had to come back out due to an issue with backup into the softener and it was fixed quickly and with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend this company, we received calls notifying of expected arrival and follow up after to ensure we were happy with our service.

My experience with this company was that they overcharged me by showing a price of $656 for a basic clog but reduced it to $350 Christmas Eve. I was told the price included a mainline inspection and they never appeared for the appointment. When I called John the lead person, he was rude and set a different appointment that he did not keep. It is now four days later with no call. I will not continue to do business with this company.
