when your tech arrived, he quickly figured out we had a bigger problem than a clogged drain. he stayed here until he could get an experienced tech here to assess the situation. the new technician Ron arrived and stayed late on good Friday evening until he could find the replacement pump we required and he could get it installed on Saturday. he then got it completed on Sat.in time for our family gathering.Tom Mc

Took me forever even to get a quote scheduled. Got the runaround from the receptionist with multiple calls on multiple days. Then I was promised a time frame, which they did not show up and did not call and say it would be anything different. I called the office and then was promised an exact time. They called 15 minutes after that time just to give me a random quote over the phone without even seeing the job. And said it would still be another 30 minutes to even make it out there. What a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
