Best Toilet Drain Cleaning ???? in Indianapolis IN

Our Christmas was saved by Hope Plumbing today - our kitchen drain was backed up, which caused our dishwasher to back up and a half bath sink. Ben S. came on time and did a great job on Christmas Eve! He stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up everything once he was finished. He was very professional. The price was fair and less than we had expected to pay for plumbing services on Christmas Eve. We have used hope plumbing for multiple plumbing repairs and they have always done excellent work. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust!

Ron and his team are simply the best. A routine tub install revealed serious plumbing issues in our slab and they were able to repair it quickly, well and at a reasonable price.

Fast and efficient

L.D. Smith has done many jobs for us, but this last one was huge--they replaced about 100 feet of sewer from the house to the street. All told, about 8 different people were at our house at various times. AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL, explaining the work clearly and then doing it professionally.

Starting with Jim, he was fantastic! Prompt, courteous, efficient and very well armed with updated technology. He found the problem and not only worked with me to get the new water heater coming, but came back and finished the installation at 7PM. Exceptional and superior person and service. He also called Adam with water restoration. Adam and his crew, led by Matt, were to my house before Jim left and immediately began estimating the damage - again, using technology to aide their experience. The floor was taken up and I had 8 dryers and 2 dehumidifiers in no time. He worked with the insurance company the next day and arrived at exactly the time he said he would the following day to check and remove the equipment. Finally,. Todd delivered the water heater and came in to review the project. He recognized my dog was missing her toys (they were behind where the crew was working), so he went in and got her one, talking to her the whole time. You don't just find these kinds of people everyday. This is the top of the industry - in my opinion. I am so impressed and completely happy with my service. When unpleasant events happen with plumbing, these guys are the ones you want to fix it. I will recommend this Roto Rooter to everyone that needs plumbing work.

Plumb Doctor is phenomenal! Scheduling was super easy. They came out on time. They quickly realized I had a bigger issue than first thought. A camera was used and showed the extent of the problem, 108 yr old pipe needed full replacement. Plumb Doctor made the process so stress-free. They came out couple days later and Jake dug up the old pipe & replaced with a new one. Jake was extremely professional and did an impeccable job! I highly recommend Plumb Doctor and will use them only moving forward.

I called Bob by phone to see how to best address a frozen pipe issue. He was very generous with his time and explained my options although he would not perform any work and get paid for services. If I need a plumber Bob will definitely be my first call.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. A week ago on one of my few days off I had Peterman Brothers come out to my Home and of course they were 3and half hours late on their flex schedule.
When the tech gets here he gives me an outrageous Quote and then didn't want to do the work because he was running late.
I was blessed to be able to talk to the Owner of Grey Plumbing and he was able to give me an honest fair Quote over the phone of course pending the circumstances.
It was 2/3rds the Ouote of Peterman Brothers. Give or take a hundred dollars.
This Tech John from Grey Plumbing was unbelievable. He went straight to the issues & fixes them.
He was Professional, courteous and efficient in his work. While my Dog was barking in the background. If the Techs are that good you can only imagine how great the owner is.
From now on all my Plumbing needs and references will be for Grey Plumbing!!!!

Really excellent service from the time I made the initial call for help through the service inspection. Erin arranged an appointment for the time that fit into my schedule. The service men carefully explained what they found, showed me the problem and assured me it can be repaired quickly. I am waiting for the estimate but, if they continue the way they have started then, it's Gotta Be Godby going forward.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.
