Best Tank Water Heater Repair in Indianapolis IN

Jim from Hope Plumbing was excellent to work with! We had some standing water in our backyard, and within minutes he had already diagnosed the problem as a faulty water heater. He assembled and walked me through various options. And he didn't pressure me into one solution over another. And within just a few hours, I had a new water heater installed — and the end to the pooling water in my backyard! Hope Plumbing comes through once again!

We made an appointment for 2-4PM. Our technician didn't show up until almost 7PM with no communication from them. Then he said he couldn't fix it that night or he would have to charge us emergency after hours fees because it was too late (if they had shown up on time that wouldn't have been the case).
So he left and said he would email us a quote for the fix and we could make an appointment at that time. We never received an email. We have called and left multiple messages over the past two weeks but we still haven't heard from them. Our time is extremely limited and we're upset that we've wasted this much time on this and still don't have our issue fixed.

We had a great experience with Weilhammer. Our sump pump piping runs directly under our bedroom, which was causing a very noisy thumping sound as the pipe vibrated along the baseboards. We had three other quotes that were upward of 3k and Weilhammer came in with a reasonable solution and quote. Really happy to sleep in silence now and will use them again if something arises!

With my experience with Roto Rooter, the technicians have always been great. My problem is with the office. My basement has flooded twice with sewage water and Roto Rooter techs have determined that the blockage is in the street which means that it is up to Citizens to fix. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get Roto Rooter to upload the video to Citizens. They first informed me that it would get uploaded in 2-3 days. it has now been almost a MONTH. And i'm basically just playing phone tag with the office. It's so disrespectful and dangerous as that is what is slowing the process down for the city to come and look at it while putting our health and the health of our pets in jeopardy. Will most likely never use Roto Rooter again for that reason.

This low flow toilet I have didn't seem to want to flush completely half of the time. They took care of that situation. I've been getting a much more satisfactory flush ever since! I highly recommend ACME for timely, quality work. Great experience.

Called reasonable plumbing recently with a few issues, he was very responsive and was able to make it out the next day to ensure my problems were solved. Solomon was very professional and great at explaining to me the plumbing issues I was having, why it happened and how he was going to fix them. We had a new toilet installed a few weeks earlier but it was still a little wobbly. Someone came out and took care of it in a few minutes.

The prices are a little high, but you pay good money for a good service, right? I was put off by the salesperson not knowing anything about the systems they install. I asked for manufacturer and model and he had no clue. He did call somebody and ask, which I appreciated, but that should have been my first hint. When my house started smelling funny after a new furnace install ($15k for the 3-star system) I became worried.Once my carbon monoxide detectors were going off I decided to check the work, and to my surprise the installer didn't connect the exhaust. When we called the morning after the install (5 minutes after seeing the exhaust) the lady on the phone didn't seem to see the problem. She did schedule an appointment for the next day, and I didn't run my heat for the night. The mistake alone was hard to excuse, but is that customer service?I've paid this company approximately $20k in the past year for various services and have always been disappointed. They have lost my business, although with their prices I can't imagine they'll notice.I'm leaving 2 stars because the guy who came the next day was really nice.
