Freddy Luna from Hope did an excellent job saving me from a completely stopped up sewer drain on a Sunday morning. I called very late Saturday night and got the first appointment Sunday morning; Freddy was right on time. He was very attentive, discussed the issues with me and what I had already tried to clear it, and explained what he could do along with prices.He was completely done within 45 minutes of arriving - drain cleared, cleaned up, and took payment. Freddy was extremely attentive to cleaning up splashes in the basement and some dirt that got on the stairs from the snake.I even asked some questions about the particular snake he used in case I decide to get one myself, he was very helpful answering those questions too and gave me some tips for my particular cleanout if I do go that route.I can't stress enough how good an experience this was; even Hope's phone dispatchers are very helpful, courteous, and efficient.I normally do plumbing work myself, but this is my second time having Hope clear a main sewer line since I don't have a snake that large. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Referred to company off of Angie. Called me almost immediately to offer services. I asked how much this would cost and lady told me she could not quote my install because she did not know how long it would take. I said that’s fine, what’s the hourly rate you bill so I can estimate? (I knew this was an hour and a half job, max). She said she couldn’t give me an hourly rate because it depended on the technician. Which to me seemed odd but I said okay fine. So the person comes to the house the next day, and I told my wife to get a price before he starts. He said $670. To replace an existing garbage disposal and the other one was already removed. I said tell him absolutely not and we will find someone else. He then told her he would do it for $473 instead. Why were being price gouged in the first place is an issue with me, but this price was still insane for a disposal. I said ask him why it’s so expensive, and his response was that the work would take 3-4 hours relocating the drain pipe and then installing the disposal. So in my mind for 3-4 hours of work $473 was reasonable. Way more than I expected since I was pretty confident no plumbing needed moved, but he’s the expert. So he does the work but magically, is done in an hour and 40 minutes as I expected. Except, they still charge my wife $473. So half the amount of time quoted, but same price? So I call the company after he leaves and inquire why something that was was quoted for 3-4 hours at $473 (originally $670) was still $473 when it took half the time. The new lady says they don’t quote work by the hour they quote by the job. Which is the complete opposite thing as what the first rep (Macy) told me and what the technician said as well. So I said why was I told by two people it’s hourly and they couldn’t quote me a price because they didn’t know the length of time , if time isn’t a factor in the price. She said she would escalate and someone would call me by the end of the day. Well not to my surprise, that didn’t happen. I will be disputing this with the credit care company and they can sort it out, but I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very polite and nice, did great work and was wonderful to my wife, so there’s really nothing bad to say about him. But the company is underhanded, lies about pricing, and when they provide pricing it’s 20-30% more than what they actually want to do the work, just to see if you’ll pay it.

3 Kings provided competent, courteous, and personable service. In addition to scheduled work, they identified and corrected a risk from an out-of-code prior installation done by another company. The senior discount is value-added. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

We had an issue and they were able to fix the problem quickly, able to explain exactly what they were going to do and completed the project exactly as promised. I would, and already have, recommend them with 100% confidence.

Our plumber was supposed to arrive between 11am and 1pm. No show. Person later called said he would be there by 2:00. He arrived around 2:20. He arrived and we explained the problem to him. ( We had a broken water supply line that had flooded our home a week ago) He was an ESL( english secondary language) plumber. We took him upstairs and told him the supply line exploded. He turned on the faucet and said no water is coming out.....duh we turned off the water. He then went below the vanity and turned on the water supply, he was soaked and said the water supply was bad. He did this not once, not twice but three times. He then said he didn't have a supply line and would have to get one at a hardware store. We had to provide directions to the local hardware store This is like getting your oil changed and the attendant saying they don't have your filter. The line was less than 10 years old, you can't tell me it was not standard. Anyway for 15 minutes work we were charged $339 labor and they offered no warranty with their work. I have called 5 times times to 4 different roto rooter numbers in INDY and still have not returned a callStay away from Roto Rooter!!!!!!

I had a failing sump pump and Tim got it replaced in no time. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Will definitely call them for any of my plumbing needs

I had Alton huff do some plumbing and he did it great. Polite, fast and good. My son bugged him the whole time and he so nice to him.
