Jimmie arrived within 2 hours of my call. He asked who installed grinder pump but I couldn’t remember who did. He said it’s probably still under warranty. I finally found who did install the pump and called them to come out. My thanks to Jimmie for bringing up the warranty issue. He knew how expensive the pumps were and advised if you have the original company come out and it’s the pump that has failed warranty should cover the replacement. By suggesting that demonstrated his integrity. Good experience.

My plumber Jarred was extremely professional. He showed up on time and called to tell me how long it would take him to arrive. He presented multiple options and gave me the choice of which option I would like him to start with based on price. I will definitely use Carter’s My Plumber for all my future needs.

I had a leaking supply valve to a toilet and the main supply valve to the house would not shut off all the way. I ended up have the supply valves to the water heater and outside spigots replaced as well. It was nearly a full day of work. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous. He checked all the new valves and fittings to make sure there were no leaks on the replacements. The price was exactly what was quoted the week prior at the diagnostic visit. He cleaned up the work area to leave it exactly how he found it. Very pleased with the work, cost and communication through the entire process.

This company is great. I called for a leak in the basement at 11:00 last night, and got an immediate call back (I think actually from the owner!), who scheduled something at 8:00am today. Nick came out and fixed the problem, and the bill was very reasonable. Will continue to work with them for all plumbing needs. Thank you!!!

I made an appointment on a Thursday evening for a window from 6-8. I even left work an hour early to make sure I got home in time. At 6:30 I received a call telling me that they needed to move my appointment to the next morning between 8-10, because the technician scheduled to come to my house had left for the day. Now I know some times things come up, but let me say this is the 3rd time this sort of thing has happened with this company. I expressed how unhappy I was since I left work early and that moving the appointment to the next day would require me to miss even more work. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, since this was the and was told someone would call in the next 2 hours. That call never came. The next morning the dispatcher called around 7:30 and said someone would be at my house in 45 minutes. Again I asked for a manager to call and was told someone would call in the next 2 hours. I did get a call about 3 hours later, but I was talking with the technician, so I missed the call. I called back immediately and was told the manager was no longer available and that they would call me back within 2 hours. That call never came. If you don’t mind having to reschedule EVERY TIME you make an appointment and not getting a response from a manager when you have an issue, then go ahead and use this company. Otherwise you’re better off calling someone else.

Great follow thru and professionalism. We had a critical plumbing issue and I felt that the technicians were sensitive to our dilemma.

Had a kitchen sink clog. The plumber was very professional and was actually early, he was fast and efficient. Price was under $100.

We needed a new water heater because the old one was leaking. Additionally, I discovered we had a gas leak with the pipe coming in from outside. Jon is very personable and helpful. He came earlier than originally scheduled to give estimate and then rescheduled installation of the new water heater for that day instead of the following Monday. The gentlemen that came to replace the water heater arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and professional. They made a point of checking all gas line connections even up in the attic and even restarted the pilot light for our gas logs in the fireplace.

My service guy Robert was outstanding. He was right on time and very professional. He took time to explain everything that I need to do to fix my furnace problem. Wrote everything down and answered all of my questions. Because of his good service. I will highly recommend your company to my family, friends and neighbors.
