Great people

Three technicians from this company could not figure out that my plumbing issue was centered on the SUMP PUMP. In other words, the problem was INSIDE THE HOUSE. So, what did they decide? Let’s charge $401.00 for snaking the OUTSIDE sewer line. As of this past week, the problem with the SUMP is still a PROBLEM. PLUS, I’ve called their EMERGENCY LINE three times over the past three days. Their response? “Crickets.” At least I now know who NOT TO CALL for my plumbing issues.

Weilhammer the best. After dealing with four days of no hot water, and 2 straight days of no shows by Zoom Mechanical (stay away) I called Mark at Weilhammer at midnight on Wednesday. He called me back at 8 am Thursday and my problem was fixed shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. I was very impressed by his attitude and help. The entire experience was great. I also loved the stickers he put on the water heater. Glad to know now when I need help next time, I'll know who to call, because I lose regular business cards or receipts all the time. Highly recommend if you want honest professional timely service.

The plumbers arrived on time, were friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed a new garbage disposal that works perfectly. The price was reasonably and the service was excellent.

Vincent came very soon after our call. Since we had a toilet overflowing we really appreciated his quick arrival. He was very polite and cleaned everything after he was finished. If I hadn’t been here when he was here I wouldn’t even have known because there was no mess. He worked hard and did not give up until he found the problem. Outstanding service. The Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He noticed right away the pump was not working and once he pumped some liquid out he checked the pump and found the cord was kinked which caused it to quit working. Once he straightened it out the pump started working again. I want to thank him so much for all his help and saving us the extra expense to replace the pump! Definitely will recommend and use again!

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

Floyd was very proactive in providing service. Unlike previous plumbers who guessed at where the pro lemon was, he took the time to whole situation to find out where the leak was coming from. He took pictures to show us the problem. I highly recommend Reasonable Plumbing and specifically Floyd.

We had a pipe burst in Christmas Eve and have been getting the run around to get it fixed. We called Summers yesterday and they came out today. Andrew came out and explained everything to me. He was so efficient and we even joined the loyalty program. I would definitely recommend him for future projects.

James and his assistant, Sean installed a tankless water heater for me. They were professional, friendly and courteous, and were diligent about making sure nothing was damaged in the process of hauling everything up and down the stairs. They spent time to educate me throughout the process and asked to use my shop vac when they were done to clean up their work area. Would recommend.
