Absolutely abhorrent communication and business practices. This group shared that they would work on certain products in my home so I scheduled a babysitter and called off work to have them done. They day of service they call and say that they cannot provide what was asked.

Replaced cloths washer valve connections. I received a quote for the job the same day I submitted a request and had an appointment (this was quick, easy and fair). Four days later the job was done with no hassle. Adam called and asked if they could arrive early and this was great. When they arrived Adam confirmed our agreed upon price and explained what they were going to do. This was helpful because the job was more involved than I originally thought and involved some customization due to the uniqueness of the valve box placement. Adam looked at some other work I need done and I received a quote the same day. Over all just a really good experience.

Called on Friday showed up on Monday to give estimate. Not only did they meet my expectations they even accommodated me by doing what I asked WITHOUT an issue to solve future issues WITHOUT charge or upselling. Also was able to fix problem same day once the estimater left worker showed up 30 minutes later and problem solved in an hour. Would highly recommend.

I had a leaking supply valve to a toilet and the main supply valve to the house would not shut off all the way. I ended up have the supply valves to the water heater and outside spigots replaced as well. It was nearly a full day of work. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous. He checked all the new valves and fittings to make sure there were no leaks on the replacements. The price was exactly what was quoted the week prior at the diagnostic visit. He cleaned up the work area to leave it exactly how he found it. Very pleased with the work, cost and communication through the entire process.

I called Weilhammer Plumbing at 10:30 PM about a 50 gal electric water heater that was slowly leaking in our laundry room (bottom had rusted out). Mark returned my call before 9 AM the next day, and was at our house by 12 noon to replace the water heater. Mark provides a very fair price and friendly, honest service. Very knowledgeable and obviously has years of experience. Mark even went out of his way to add a drip pan and drain that was not previously installed with the old water heater. Would definitely recommend and will use Weilhammer again in the future for plumbing needs.

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF - CALL MR. ROOTER. $325 to install a $18 outdoor spigot. This just screws into a pipe in a huge crawl space 1 ft off the basement. I just had better things to be doing (i thought.)
I paid him his $89.00 I had to sign for before he even looked at anything and told him to GET OUT! He snapped a picture on his phone and sent it to his supervisor. Can't believe this is what passes for a plumber these days. An hour later I had it fixed for 17.50 + tax.

it was a difficult job because the drain did not have a T joint, as it should have, from the clean out pipe to the main drain line. Kima had to guide the snake backwards through a difficult opening, He did and excellent job, Without his expertise the job would have taken longer, been more involved and cost more. He's a pro for sure.

Jason came out and took care of my concerns, made calls, took the time to talk to my husband which is 1000 miles away in business and referred me to a restoration company to get my home repaired.
