He also took time to point out some general plumbing information (where my main water valves we’re and how to use them). In short order the sink aerator was cleaned out and we recognized that the previous homeowner had left an unexpected gift, jacking up the guest bath toilet. Replacing that will wait for another day, but today Michael and 3 Kings were amazing?

We are so pleased with the service provided by Dontril with B&W Plumbing. We had a very unexpected problem occur with our bathroom tub faucet. B & W was able to send this very professional, qualified, and friendly person immediately. He had to go through the back wall which is in our living room. His attention to making certain that the paneling was removed with as little damage as possible was phenomenal. He went above and beyond in his efforts to complete the job. We have used B & W in the past and will continue to use them in the future!
