We were not sure when we wouldBe able to get a plumber to come service are clogged drain. However, we got word that Mike and finished one job early and was able to come to our house earlier than anticipated. He was in and out quickly he did a fantastic job and that is why we continue to use Benjamin Franklin!

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

Person who answered phone was friendly. Was talking to me with interest in the actual problem even if it meant I could just do it myself. Sent in photos and had a fast response. To set up an appointment, I had to go through a few rounds of email tag. I thought it was silly and that someone should just call me. For the appointment day, the technician was considerate and friendly. He seemed down to explain as little or much as I wanted. He replaced an old corroded cast iron toilet flange as well as some other cast iron pipe below. When the floor all around the toilet crumbled, he also improvised some solution to pour new concrete to bind to the existing middle layer of bathroom flooring to be able to install the new toilet flange and then new toilet. I didn't even know he was almost done when he was. They also kept to their quote amount, and the credit card info I gave for billing was charged in a timely fashion within a few days.

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

Well, first of I had a water heater and softener installed (water softener new install)...Prior to the install, They stated they need to cut through the drywall, ok no problem...When it was all said and done, I looked at the final installation and this was my view of it:
1) Since it was a smaller space some adjustment was need , which fine...
2) The piping was a nice job and all new...
3) There was a big hole in my wall left which I felt it was unnecessary, probably bigger than needed...
4) I still have drywall dust and debris left in my furnace area...
5) Looked they took a hammer or something to make a hole through the for outlet, not very neat of a hole...
6) Will contact them to see if they can repair my drywall...

They are friendly and all but, however, not truly satisfied completely of install...Not sure what brand of softener it is either since there is no name on it and the manually does not say...At this point I'm not really satisfied of the service and hopefully they can make it right...

Clint was very determined and had a great attitude while battling the sewer blockage in my old home. He kept at it long after I thought it was hopeless and got the drains flowing again.

John is a very nice guy. Put in a gas connection for a stove. His price was higher for doing more work so chose to use someone else, but if you can afford him, there was nothing to indicate he would not do good work.

We were having issues with a sewage pump in our basement, technician took a quick look and told my wife it needed to be replaced and we were quoted at $1600. Had a 2nd plumber come out the following day. He explained that this type of pump should last a very long time and he’d be shocked if the pump was faulty. He got it working within a few minutes for $0. Tough look for Acme Plumbing.

Wayne and Patty did an incredible job helping me navigate an challenging situation. I've got a baby and really old dog at home, so not having A/C creates serious - potentially fatal issues. Wayne was able to diagnose my issue in about 5 minutes, told me how to fix it, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He was also incredibly friendly, and nice to the incredibly old dog I mentioned above.
