Hope has done shower repair and toilet installation for us as well.

I received recommendations from a neighbor to call Grateful Plumber when my water heater was failing again. I was having some medical issues and knew I couldn’t deal with much more. I was so glad I phoned Grateful Plumber for expert advice. They were quick to put me at ease and they corrected the plumbing problems I had been dealing with for so long. My new water heater works better than the last one ever did and the pipes they repaired are solid and not sagging anymore from the previous poor install. My garden hose had been stuck on the spigot for 2 years and they repaired that too. Fast, smart and not a bad price.

My plumber Jarred was extremely professional. He showed up on time and called to tell me how long it would take him to arrive. He presented multiple options and gave me the choice of which option I would like him to start with based on price. I will definitely use Carter’s My Plumber for all my future needs.

Make is very professional ,when most companies have a answering service ,whom can't answer basic plumbing questions ,Mark actually picks up the phone!!! He's been doing it a long time,and I highly recommend him!!!!

I hired them to clear a blocked bathtub drain. Refused to quote a price over the phone, technician arrived at my house and quoted me $200. Way more than it should have been but I went ahead with it because I had standing water in my tub. Also they charge by the job. The technician failed to clear the clog, then demanded payment because he said he had to collect something. I paid him $100 to get him out of my house and figured that I would talk to his supervisor on monday to get everything straightened out. Then I spent the rest of the day doing the job that he had been paid to do. I called 4 times over the course of the next week, every time the office manager Beth promised I would get a call from a supervisor, which i never did. Avoid this company at all costs.

The really disturbing thing is looking at the other reviews hear on google. It is obvious that some of them are fake, and others are questionable. Here is what I found, look for yourself:

Oren Powell: lives in Pensacola, Florida and has reviews all over the content for random services, including 4 Mr. Rooter Locations (owning houses in California, Indiana, Georgia and Florida and having plumbing work done on all of them is pretty good for someone attending a junior college) Oren also apparently likes to order awards and plaques.

Oceana Walters: also apparently owns houses in multiple states and has had plumbing work done on all of them. She also enjoys buying trophies and gave a collection agency 5 stars. (what real person actually rates collection agencies?)

Rachel Downey may be a real person, but the profile photo for this account is the logo for a company called Stringcan. String can according to their webiste is a social media and lead-generation service based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Coincidence?

Rachel Tague. This plumbing company wouldn’t tell their employees to write fake reviews would they? It looks like there is a Rachel Tague who works for Mr. Rooter of Indiana according to Linkedin

So if a 3rd of the reviews are faked (possibly more), draw your own conclusions about this company.

Miguel and Vala have been absolutely wonderful service professionals. This team worked tirelessly on a Sunday to ensure that our water emergency was stabilized. They made sure the had the best equipment and sump pump system in place for our home. Roto-Rooter has a seamless and comprehensive system for repairing the problem and then restoring the damage. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Especially in an emergency!!

He's going to have to come back. But he did what he did today very well. 5 stars for this.
Tomorrow will be the big deciding factor for me though.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

Bought a $10,000 furnace and air conditioner from Summers. Even had an additional outlet installed in a room that after installed doesnt even put out enough airflow to help heat or cool room so that $600.00 was a bonus for them. Last week during the windstorm and rain the power went off at our house. It was off for 36 hours. When power was restored the new furnace would come on but no heat was coming out. Because we only had the furnace installed at the end of August i called Summers and was told that a service man would come out to see what was wrong. Yes I was told there could be a charge but more than likely no charge because it would be covered under the warranty. Well $132.00 later I was told that something had been tripped and the charge was to untrip it and get it running. I was charged this amount because it was an Act of God that the storm happened and my power went off. After complaining to 2 different service managers that I didn't think I was treated fairly and charged too much nothing was done. I left 2 messages on the main Service Manager's phone and never got a call back. Really great customer service Summers. The office staff was always nice and helpful. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Oh and yes if power goes out again I WILL have to pay the same charges again.

Quite the racket!

This company does not offer estimates or quotes over the phone, and require a technician to come out to provide an estimate. In order to come out, they charge you a $100 service fee, unless you sign up for their “club” at $35 a month.
I found their prices extremely high! $300 to install a ceiling fan that I already had, in a fixture already wired for a fan.
The technician was at my home for less than 5 minutes. He read the “estimate” off a sheet of paper, charged me, and left.
A scheduled appointment, lost time, and $100 to be told what someone could have read me over the phone or on a website.
