Called Hope Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday afternoon had two water heaters changed out. One was easy access, the second one is located above a drop ceiling. Not so easy, but Matt Thomas took care of us. Nice to find a company that does exactly what they say they'll do!

Our satisfaction started with the dispatcher, great ladies that gathered our information professionally and got us help the same day. Then when Mike showed up, he managed to figure out exactly what was wrong and with his skills managed get our drain unclogged. Great guy

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

Christian was awesome. He was on time, professional, wore his mask the whole time and shoes coverings when inside our house, gave us great information and explanations on the services we requested. They inspect and quote the services right there and gave us options for our services and the breakdown of fees. We had two jobs done and they both went smoothly and quickly. Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

I have been using Weilhammer Plumbing for many years and have been very satisfied. I am always dealing with a family member, and their prices are very competitive. I recently had two toilets replaced and always appreciate their attention to detail. This is a smaller company that spans at least two generations. You call the main number and they answering service will send them your message, and they will respond quite promptly. It took me a little while to get used to this, however their prices mandate keeping costs down, and this is fine with me.

I came home to an upset wife and a clogged kitchen drain. Even though it was after 6:00 pm I called Roto-rooter and was surprised to hear they could come out that night. Chris arrived on time and began to work on drain. Despite issues with the pipes and after several attempts he was able to successfully clear drain and allow us the use of our sink again. He did a great job with the drain and cleaning up afterwards. Thanks for the fast work!

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Super happy with the service and quality from the team at Reasonable Plumbing! Our water heater was leaking and they were able to respond to our questions, give us a quote and install the next day. They were polite, ensured the floors were protected, and cleaned up when they were done. I couldn’t ask for better service!

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.

Jon Taylor, Plumbing Manager, inspected a punctured and cracked area on a wall in my family room. A major plumbing repair had been done in Spring, 2021, by Summers Plumbing in my bathroom, which is on the opposite side of the wall with the damaged area. The damaged spot was not discovered until recently due to being high on the wall and blocked by tall furniture and items. Mr. Taylor listened to my concern regarding the possibility that the family room wall was damaged when my bathroom tile, tub, toilet, etc., were being removed during prior repair work. He inspected both sides of the wall, took measurements, and informed me that the damage noted on the family room wall was in a higher location than where the prior repair work had been done in the bathroom. He continued to respond to more questions I asked, in a manner that I could understand, e.g., explain the layout of the drywall in the wall, 2x4s, etc., to support his belief that the damage on the family room wall was not a result of the previous plumbing project. Overall, Mr. Taylor was courteous, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful.Sam did a plumbing repair needed on a bathroom sink, fixing the stopper and popup assembly. He also suggested and actually demonstrated use of a product to help prevent clogging in drains and pipes in all my sinks, tub, and toilets. Sam has done work previously at my home as well, and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable as a plumber and gladly answers questions with helpful explanations. Sam also has a cheerful personality and is genuine in wanting was is best for you!
