Acme Plumbing has been a working part of my family for over 50 yrs. Up until 2014, we always got the BEST customer service. I recently called for service March 8, 2016. I asked to speak to a service tech in regards to some questions I had. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting and would return my call. I called another time only to get the same response from Morgan. When I called a third time at 4:00pm, the phones were already turned over to the answering service which could not help me. I called again March 9, 2016 at noon and requested to speak with a service tech. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting. I explained to Morgan my dilemma and how I had not received any return calls and I was trying to get service. She took my name and number. I received a call back from Scott Lee who informed me they no longer wanted my business. After using ONLY ACME for over 50 yrs and to have ALWAYS had the Utmost Customer Service and PROMPT return calls and service, I find it quite heartbreaking that a LOYAL customer would no longer be wanted by ACME. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use ACME PLUMBING again as customer loyalty is not a part of business they are interested in. You have lost SEVERAL customers due to this circumstance. Almost ALL my family use, or has worked for ACME and to be treated with such disregard is just not something I want from a service company that, up until now, was my #1. I've used Bob twice this year and once over at my mother's house. He is always prompt and courteous. I've dealt with other plumbers and Bob is the best. He's a 1 man show that gets it done. His pricing definitely beats the big out fits. He's more than far on cost and explains everything well.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Danny did a phenomenal job. Did the jobs i need with great service and even came in under his original estimate. Great guy with a great business. I will be using him again any time i need plumbing done in the future. Can't say enough good things.
