Pristine Plumbing showed up on time and with everything they needed to complete the job at my house. I had a leaking water heater and the repair ended up being bigger than expected, they walked me through the entire repair and I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. They had no idea I would need a whole new water heater when they arrived, but once they found out a water heater arrived at my house within the hour. that's prompt service right there. Would definitely hire them again!

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF - CALL MR. ROOTER. $325 to install a $18 outdoor spigot. This just screws into a pipe in a huge crawl space 1 ft off the basement. I just had better things to be doing (i thought.)
I paid him his $89.00 I had to sign for before he even looked at anything and told him to GET OUT! He snapped a picture on his phone and sent it to his supervisor. Can't believe this is what passes for a plumber these days. An hour later I had it fixed for 17.50 + tax.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Tino went above and beyond to install an outlet in our laundry closet. Our building’s wiring is not the easiest to figure out, but he did an excellent job. The folks in the office were very nice, and they sent us texts and called to let us know who was coming and when.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I’ve have Casey with MFP out to my home several times to help me in the kitchen. He’s installed water access lines and shut off valves. Very fair and professional!
