Best Residential Service in Indianapolis IN

The service was swift, professional, affordable! I have used Hope Plumbing for perhaps 3-4 jobs now, and would highly recommend. Their customer service folk are great, as are their plumbers. You can probably find a slightly lower rate, but I have found that they have such great customer service, across the board great technicians, and really do high quality work that they stand behind— All of that makes it well worth it.

We have started working with Pristine Plumbing in our Property Management division and they have been AWESOME! They are very timely in getting someone out on the job to review what is needed, and their prices are very competitive! Josie is always there to help with scheduling, Ron always calls with updates and to discuss strategy and all technicians keep you updated on progress. Highly recommend, 10/10!

I called to get a quote on a tankless water heater and they were quick to respond and showed up earlier than the appointment time. The technician was very professional and helpful and explaining the job that needed to be done.From the quote I had a tankless water heater installed. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly with no issues. We are now up and running with endless hot water!Would definitely recommend.

Arrived early for a same day appointment to replace a failed sump pump. Went over all the options and then did the agreed upon work quickly and cleanly. Prices are fair.

Mike was amazing. He was very professional and explained everything in a very detailed and concise manner right down to the warranty.

They were able to get to us fairly quick initially. The problem was one that could've been several different things, so they checked on a part and told us what we could easily do ourselves (soaking a certain part in vinegar to remove build up). When we had a new leak after our appointment, they came right back the next day, fixed it, and waived the service fee. The plumber was very friendly and explained the process as he went along.

Luke Lewellen, the Service Technician, from Mr. Rooter Plumbing, was early both times and he provided exceptional service in a friendly manner. He explained exactly what was required to resolve the problems and made extra trips to acquire parts when necessary. We were very impressed with Luke and will definitely request him for future jobs.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Summers has always been a wonderful HVAC and plumbing service. We have their service agreement, and they come out and check our heating, air conditioning and plumbing. The technicians are very professional, very nice, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Godby is a great company to work with, pricing is fair and services is quick. We just had our winter maintenance on our furnaces and Dan was our service technician that come out. He went though everything thoroughly and did a great job! I would ask for him whenever you get a chance. He was polite, clean, organized, and informative.

Moon Family Plumbing is amazing! I always talk to Casey directly, and he’s so quick to come over and fix our problems. Reasonably priced and so great to work with. Will run options with you and is honest. Casey and his wife are so sweet with our dogs too. After working with at least 5 plumbing companies in the past 5 years, I finally found one that I love! Thank you guys!

I was not impressed with service and was late. Also over heard who I believe to be the owner say the n word multiple times when he thought I wasn't listening. Its just not the time and place for that kind of language especially considering the person is white. Would not recommend services again.

Quick response time, and very professional work.

I had no water. I called 24-7 plumbing. Ken Hodgin took my phone call & was at my house within an hour. He found that my well pressure switch was bad. He was kind, curtious, & very knowledgeable. Had it replaced within a half hour. I will definitely use 24-7 plumbing in the future.
