Fast Quality Work!

Joedy was very personable and honest when he gave my estimate. Larry and Brad were very good and informative. They treated my house as if it were there own and always closed doors, gates along w/ putting covers over shoes. The job was done promptly and would recommend them for any other plumbing needs. They were even able to find a way to save me some money without getting electrician involved. I’m always wanting to support a good family local business, and would use them again.

I called Ciriello on Wednesday to replace a leaking garbage disposal and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Mike J. was prompt, kind and informative. He installed our new disposal in a little over an hour. I will definitely call Ciriello for future plumbing needs.

With this weekend’s heavy rain, I experienced backup from the basement floor drain and flooding. I called L.D. Smith on Monday morning and they were able to get a crew out same day. Joe and Joe arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem, recommending installation of a back flow preventer and further inspection of a blocked sewer pipe. Pricing was competitive. They were able to schedule the installation for a few days later and work around my schedule. Installation was hassle free. On Friday, Tim and Wes arrived as scheduled, and were efficient and professional. I especially appreciated the extra effort they placed into returning the yard to as close to normal as possible given they had to excavate close to 10 feet down. Tim and Wes also took pride in cleaning up and leaving things better than they found it, including raking the yard, sweeping up and spraying the driveway, coiling the hose, and removing all of the flags placed by 811.

Overall, a very positive experience with L.D. Smith and my interactions with four of their employees on two separate occasions. Also, during these uncertain times, each of the four employees’ (Joe, Joe, Tim, and Wes) conscientiousness toward social distancing and always wearing a mask was noted and appreciated. (I’ve had other service providers out recently and it has been hit or miss). L.D. Smith will be my first call for future plumbing concerns.

Just outstanding professionalism. Was willing to make sure that I would not have to go another day without hot water. I was very pleased because you almost never get the level of courtesy and professional service that I got from Weilhammer. Hopefully I don't have anymore problems in the future but I know who I will call when things get out of hand. Thank you guys.

My experience with this company was that they overcharged me by showing a price of $656 for a basic clog but reduced it to $350 Christmas Eve. I was told the price included a mainline inspection and they never appeared for the appointment. When I called John the lead person, he was rude and set a different appointment that he did not keep. It is now four days later with no call. I will not continue to do business with this company.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick. We appreciate him and Steg resolving the issue. Our experience with Alex today was excellent! Highly recommend Steg based off of this experience!

Drain Mian to septic clog

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.
