I originally called Pristine because they said they found and repaired slab leaks. Unfortunately, mine was such that they didn't have the capabilities to find. However, they recommended a locator service and scheduled the appointment for me. Once the area of the leak was narrowed down, Pristine was able to fix it. It probably took them longer than it should have but that is because they were granting my wishes of not busting any flooring inside the house (the leak was repaired in a storage area under a stairwell). They were respectful, professional, and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Dave arrived per schedule and did a fast efficient replacement of our water heater. He was very polite and friendly - worked professionally and explained what was going on throughout the project.

They text me when they were on there way, showed up and were very personal and unfortunately could not help me with my issue but in the future I would use them again.

We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.
This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Both times it was in the evening, when they probably had already put in a long day, but you would never know they were tired and ready to be done!
They were both exceptional! Thank you Mr Rooter!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Moon family plumbing is professional and they come when they say they are going to come! All estimates are free and their work comes with a 1 year warranty. We have used them two times and been very pleased both times! We highly recommend them.

Job 1 - Creative problem solvers, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a couple little issue after a big job and they fixed quickly.

Job 2 - We had a leak develop by right next to they replaced our water heater. No one else was near there. A crack in a plastic drain pipe occurred that got worse over a few months. It has never leaked prior in the 15 yrs we have
lived here. I tried calling but they were busy. After a few hours I called another as I wasn't comfortable with Job 3 - changing our disposal which wasn't done properly.

Another plumber was able find and fix Job 2 and 3.

The leak ruined our office floor and they were unwilling to reimburse us for the other plumber repairs or floor.

Cody, the owner, is very knowledgeable but spread too thin.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Ken has been with us to replace hot water heater, water softener and replace the toilet. Very dependable and reasonably priced. Very trustworthy.

Larry was very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up so you didn't even know he had been there, except for the new faucets that is. What else could you ask for?

I have used them for three separate jobs in one location. They do good work, always professional, timely and cost efficient.
