Hope Plumbing inspected an issue we were having in one of our bathrooms. They made an appointment that was convenient for me. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Jacob Waycott was incredibly professional and walked me through an overall inspection of my plumbing. I requested a few estimates and he took the time to break down the different jobs into separate estimates. Although only an inspection was performed on this visit, the professional service guaranteed that I will be using Hope Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

I had Daniel move my kitchen water and gas lines into my dining room because I wanted a eat in kitchen and my old kitchen will be my new guest bathroom,,I'm very happy with the great work Daniel done,he's very knowledgeable, polite and hard working.

We previously had an awful experience with a different plumbing company. Mr. Rooter plumbing thank goodness was such a breath of fresh air. Our hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had technicians out here by noon. I especially loved that they sent a picture of who to expect once they’re on their way. They were extremely professional and patient. Unfortunately our 11 year old water heater was shot and they explained my options to me and what they would recommend based on risks/pricing. We opted for a new water heater and they got it installed the same day. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service!

Honest, fair pricing and dependable workers.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Kenny, due to time constraint on my part, rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. He was very diligent in his effort to determine why the furnace was running hot. He was able to resolve the issue. If not caught, there would have been damage that would have been expensive to fix. He did an awesome job!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Lack of communication.

John came out last night and worked hard at getting my frozen pipes unthawed. I was so thankful for him after having another company not try anything and just told me I was SOL until the weather warmed up. Not only that, but he was so good about answering my questions and helping me understand what happened and how I could prevent it better in the future. I was also very grateful that when I initially called in for help, his wife answered the phone and was very knowledgeable about the work too. Most companies I called gave me the standard description of what to try to do. She actually listened to what was going on and gave me helpful advice beyond the standard response of what to try if John wasn’t able to make it out to my house.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
