Lets start off by saying I own real estate and I am also a general contractor. These guys are the truth they came and used the commercial hydro jetter to remove a piece of backer board from the 4 inch drain pipe that was 40 ft inside of the drain. Most other plumbing companies don't even own a commercial hydro jetter. Not only did they give me a competitive price but they came next day and also removed the stone. These are the only guys I would recommend for any serious plumbing issue. I have them on speed dial from here on out. Thanks for the price match and also being punctual. I couldn't find better guys in 12 years of this business. They are truely a must hire!!!

Eric was very nice . He took the times to explain everything to me in a very professional manner. I am a first time buyer. I didn’t know anything about water softener but Eric explained everything that I need to know and how to maintain it. I called LD Smith because I didn’t have water in the toilets and shower. My water heater was leaking and I didn’t know. I just told and showed him and he already knew what the problem was. Eric and his coworker did a great job. I will use LD smith in the future and highly recommended.

Our water heater broke so we called Weilhammer. They first tried to help up figure out if it was a simple fix by relighting the pilot light, but when that didn't work, they knew we needed a replacement part. Not only did they first try to help us for free over the phone, they gave us an accurate estimate of how much the repair would be, and then came out the very next day and fixed it! The price stayed the same, the technician showed up on time, he had all the parts needed for the job, and he fixed our water heater within an hour! It was like he wasn't even there. Great service, very professional, and very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend using Weilhammer Plumbing Co for water heater repair. They are the real deal.

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

John came out last night and worked hard at getting my frozen pipes unthawed. I was so thankful for him after having another company not try anything and just told me I was SOL until the weather warmed up. Not only that, but he was so good about answering my questions and helping me understand what happened and how I could prevent it better in the future. I was also very grateful that when I initially called in for help, his wife answered the phone and was very knowledgeable about the work too. Most companies I called gave me the standard description of what to try to do. She actually listened to what was going on and gave me helpful advice beyond the standard response of what to try if John wasn’t able to make it out to my house.

We have used Roby’s for years (and at three successive homes) – and have only positive experiences to report. The people they have answering their phones are actually knowledgeable about plumbing which is very helpful. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us. The hospital I work at developed a clog in one of our clean outs. I called to schedule and was told a representative would get back with me shortly. Within minutes Travis called. I explained our situation. Being later in the evening, he said he couldn't make it due to 5 calls ahead of us. We agreed on first thing in the morning. The next day, I got to work and asked how it went. I was told Travis and a coworker had showed up and took care of our problem. Was told they were very professional and knowledgeable. MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! Highly recommend!!

Last week our main sewer drain backed up. Another company came out and couldn't fix it and got their snake stuck in our lines and refused to remove it unless we allowed them to dig up the pipes. This would have cost upwards of $12,000. After a few days of calling 811 to have all the lines marked and prepared to dig, we came across Mark with Drain Busters. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove the snake the other company got stuck and couldn't get out themselves. Then he ran 25 ft. further than they did with his monster drain buster and cleaned the sewer lines out to the street main. He did this in 30 minutes and the lines aren't even broken like the other company said. He was able to get all the tree roots and gunk out of our lines and everything is running better than it ever has. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MARK!!
