Best Replacement in Indianapolis IN

We have used them for a couple of services, including excavation of our sewer line. Our house is 68 years old and we were bound to have issues with a couple mature trees in our front yard. May not be the the best price service in Indy (didn't really shop around as our issues needed to be handled swiftly), they were able to answer the call and get our issues resolved quickly. They do offer options for financing which is helpful for the larger projects. Quality of service is top notch. Our last service, the technician cleaned up the area around the project even though that particular mess was not made by him.

They replaced two shut off valves in my bathroom. Prompt service and reasonable prices.

Called them with an emergency leak. Came out and fixed it same day. Even replaced our pressure tank same day. Extremely friendly employees!

Aaron came out to inspect our sub-pump due to information we were given by an inspector. He was incredibly friendly, worked efficiently, and kindly explained in layman terms for me everything I needed to know based on our inspection request. For any future plumbing needs, we’ll be exclusively using this branch and Aaron in particular if he’s available.

Acme Plumbing has been a working part of my family for over 50 yrs. Up until 2014, we always got the BEST customer service. I recently called for service March 8, 2016. I asked to speak to a service tech in regards to some questions I had. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting and would return my call. I called another time only to get the same response from Morgan. When I called a third time at 4:00pm, the phones were already turned over to the answering service which could not help me. I called again March 9, 2016 at noon and requested to speak with a service tech. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting. I explained to Morgan my dilemma and how I had not received any return calls and I was trying to get service. She took my name and number. I received a call back from Scott Lee who informed me they no longer wanted my business. After using ONLY ACME for over 50 yrs and to have ALWAYS had the Utmost Customer Service and PROMPT return calls and service, I find it quite heartbreaking that a LOYAL customer would no longer be wanted by ACME. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use ACME PLUMBING again as customer loyalty is not a part of business they are interested in. You have lost SEVERAL customers due to this circumstance. Almost ALL my family use, or has worked for ACME and to be treated with such disregard is just not something I want from a service company that, up until now, was my #1. I've had Bob out to my home a couple of times and he's great. He fixed a pipe leak under a sink and helped unstuck a frozen washer drain another time. Bob's extremely courteous, professional and always has good help with him. Helluva guy. Definitely recommend.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

Tim came on time and was able to clear the main line as well as the kitchen line. He was very professional and took the time to answer my many questions about the whole process. He spent a fair amount of time making sure the kitchen line was truly cleaned out and gave some good recommendations on how to keep it clear in the future. I really appreciated the timeliness and thoroughness in getting our plumbing cleaned out.
