Best Repair Water Softener in Indianapolis IN

Got to our house much earlier than expected and was extremely professional and friendly. Listened while I explained the situation and gave specific information as to what he was doing/why. Gave tips for future preventative maintenance. Overall great experience.

I have used pristine plumbing 3 times over the past year for different issues w the plumbing in my home. They are quick to respond and take care of the issue from minor issues to bigger ones. They are friendly and informative. This team is my go to to fix any plumbing issues I have. Cannot rave about them enough.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Rich who I think is one of the owners has gone out of his way to help on the phone. I had a home inspection Friday and had a water leak (of course). While I was still under the house Tyler showed up to fix it. Pat has been out to work on water heater and other stuff and has been excellent. I had a different guy out today to install new sink and disposal and though i am drawing a blank on his name - he was knowledgeable, courteous - just like Tyler and Pat.
So my next flip is coming and I will def being using them again. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Mr. Rooter was awesome! Jeremy confirmed he’d be at my house from 8-10am and showed up right around 8:15. Also, he was able to fix the leak in a matter of minutes. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.
