Very quick response. I think it took Hope plumbing less than an hour to get to my house. Also, the man on the phone was very knowledgeable and nice.Richard V. was dispatched to our house. He was very professional and great at explaining everything. I don’t know much about gas leaks so I was extremely thankful that he helped me communicate with citizens.I would definitely work with Hope Plumbing again. They made a stressful situation not so stressful. Thank you!

Mike was especially helpful by getting in to my extremely tight-fit crawlspace and fixing line issues with my sump pump. The man literally endured pain while crawling in and out of the space. I sincerely appreciated his effort and attitude!

Korie was fantastic, as well! She went the 'extra mile' by making sure a crawlspace-capable tech was re-dispatched to my residence. What's more, Korie was willing to work with me on the cost of the services rendered.

The actual guy who did the work was fine (ZO), as was Noah who was summoned to do clean up work by mistake because someone from your company lied about the insurance coverage. The salesman for water damage was too high pressured and did not tell the truth. The salesman for excavation wasn't exactly dishonest, but he also was too high pressured. Single elderly women are not dumb. We like to investigate and process information like all other intelligent people. It was overkill and this approach did not bode well with me.

Miguel was our service technician, he was very polite and helpful with making suggestions for repairs and checking a few concerns we had with our water softener. We had a really great experience from the start with scheduling the service call with Ashley and having Miguel to our home, both were friendly and I would definitely recommend using them for plumbing needs. Compared to other plumbing companies I called to check on pricing, this was the best experience we had and Im happy we chose Plumb Doctor we would use them again for sure.

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

Trace did an inspection of our furnace. He was very professional and thorough. He educated me on any and all issues with my 18 yr old furnace and gave me various options to proceed with. Very nice gentleman. Definitely would recommend!

A 10/10 experience from start to finish! We noticed a leak in one of our bathrooms around the toilet. I called Thursday afternoon and they sent a technician by 10:30 am the next day.Before the technician arrived I received a call with ETA and a text sharing a picture of the technician and a fun and friendly bio about him. It can be stressful to let a stranger into your home. The text was a small but personal touch that really eased my worries.When the technician arrived he wore shoe covers to prevent tracking in any dirt. The technician quickly assessed the issue in our bathroom and explained exactly what would be done and what costs would be involved. All fair prices. Not more than a half an hour later he finished replacing the wax ring for our toilet and cleaned the area thoroughly.As much as it stinks to have a leak, the process was as stress free as could be! My husband and I considered doing this work ourselves but the money spent on hiring a professional was well worth the time saved and piece of mind it was done right! Thank you!!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

We had an emergency situation on a Sunday. I made about 10-15 calls and was only able to get 1 company (which wasn't my preferred choice) to come out. After an enormous estimate that included everything other than our immediate problem, I couldn't wait to get the guy out of here( without fixing our issue). The next morning ,Jennifer, from Hellyer plumbing was the only person who called back, and I'm so glad she did. Everyone was so professional, efficient, timely and fair with the pricing. Our problem was fixed without a hitch. JB, and his helper were the best! So happy Jennifer called us back the very next morning. If you're looking for a great company, call Hellyer!

Matt and Jarred came out late in the evening and did a great job cleaning out my drain which was backing up. They were respectful and informative. They were very courteous. I highly recommend them!

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

Do not use this company. There plumbers give recommendations and then don't stand by it. They recommended not changing a value then it leaked and refuse to fix for no-charge
