Best Repair Garbage Disposal in Indianapolis IN

Carlos was amazing. My dogs loved him and so he saved me money on doggie daycare for the days he was here. Also he was friendly, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. Cory our technician was amazing! He was honest and gave us options to fix our problem. It was nice to feel we could trust him and we weren’t being overcharged or told to do something we didn’t need to do.

They cleaned out my sewer line. Took 30min and charged me $484. Way too expensive for the time, effort, and equipment needed. I would not recommend Roto rooter.

Bob is the most disrespectful business person I've dealt with in my 15 years living in Indianapolis. I called to inquire about him servicing a plumbing issue. He rudely responded, no, before I could finish my sentence. Very, very unprofessional.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Both of the installation technicians were professional and educated me with my new water heater. I called the company back saying I wanted to move forward with the estimate they gave me a week prior and they were able to install my new water heater that same day. Great service.

Eric came out to check AC. Estimate ended up roughly $4k- so there was a lot to discuss. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was the most courteous, professional, patient tech I’ve ever met. Clearly experienced, extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood every detail. He broke things down simply which is appreciated when it’s easy to be overwhelmed with costs, etc. Guy was so helpful I almost wanted to ask him if he wanted to stay for dinner! AVERY was GREAT!!!.... He got right to work and got the old connectors off and the new ones on to replace one that had busted... He had to work hard in getting the heater restarted since the water had caused a vapor sensor to trip locking the unit down... He stuck with it and got it up and running again... Will definitely use the guys from Grey again
