He went through the pricing with me in detail, explained service and warranty... and overall I feel very comfortable with my investment. Highly recommend him specifically.

We switched from an electric to a gas stove, and needed a gas line run from our furnace/water heater area to our kitchen(about 40 feet of line.)Benjamin Franklin was not the cheapest quote out of the ~6 we got. They were about midrange. We went with them because their quoting tech Paul walked us through all the things to consider much better than any other company. Chris M, who did the installation, arrived on time. He was mindful that we had pets and let us get them put away before he was leaving doors open. He did everything he could to not punch holes in the ceiling in the living areas while running the line, and was successful in that endeavor, which I really appreciated. He also cleaned up superbly when he was done and tested the stove to make sure everything was up and running. Great service all around!

I had Jake Benedict install a new shower system last year. It was easy to hire because Ciriello has office staff that answer the phone, answer questions, and make arrangements for plumbing work. No phone tag! They give a 4-hour window of plumber arrival time but phone ahead when the plumber is on the way. Jake was prompt, polite and professional. He did the installation quickly, and efficiently. The cost was very fair. When our kitchen sink drain had a leak, I phoned Ciriello again and requested Jake specifically. Once again he did a great job and left everything clean and dry!

We had an issue and they were able to fix the problem quickly, able to explain exactly what they were going to do and completed the project exactly as promised. I would, and already have, recommend them with 100% confidence.

I called for service thinking I could get an appointment within a couple days. To my surprise, they had a technician out in 45 minutes. The technician, Jeff, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure we were satisfied with the service before he left. He also made sure we were aware of the warranty. Very satisfied with Roto-Rooter.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.
