Outstanding service. The Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He noticed right away the pump was not working and once he pumped some liquid out he checked the pump and found the cord was kinked which caused it to quit working. Once he straightened it out the pump started working again. I want to thank him so much for all his help and saving us the extra expense to replace the pump! Definitely will recommend and use again!

I was very satisfied and happy with Chad. He serviced my furnace. Took the time to explain everything to me, took my filter out and even changed it for me (it was high up on the ceiling). We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.

Heating failed. Call to report resulted in their coming out early the following day to diagnose. Identified a bad inducer motor. Had the part in stock at their shop. Brought it out and installed same day.While I haven’t been impressed with Bryant product reliability (this motor out in a 5 yo unit and a blower motor out in a 4 year old unit earlier), Chapman has always been reliable and professional in the service and maintenance of our HVAC equipment.
