Best Pump Replacement in Indianapolis IN

Our improperly installed tub broke on a Monday morning. By Thursday, Hope had it repaired (correctly) and ready to use. They were upfront and honest about the work they would and wouldn’t do, and even helped me find a contractor to repair the tile that was damaged during the replacement (an uneasy task these days!). Because of Hope, we had a working tub and shower good as new in a flash. I will be using them again.

System flush on tankless hot water heater they installed last year. Very professional well groomed. And yes that’s important. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their employees.

They installed a water softner at a decent price. Said they would have to move the water heater to fit it in, no big deal. Except there was water standing on the floor under the water heater an hour after they left. Guy came out next day to fix and still charged $150! stating corrosion at a connection was the cause. Seemed fine before they moved it. For the PRICE they charged up front, I guess I expected a better guarantee that my floor wouldn't be flooded when I woke up the next morning. Will use someone else next time.

Our Water Meter was stolen from our yard in front of our house that is being rebuilt after a fire, so we had water gushing everywhere in our yard and into the street. Jason M, came out to meet with me to analyze the problem and make an estimate to fix the water pit, bring it up to code and replace the meter. At the scheduled time, Travis and another plumber came to the house and dug a new pit, replaced or fixed the damaged pipes and added dirt to hopefully get the ground smooth around the new pit. Everyone was VERY friendly and professional. I had reason to call their office a number of times due to the odd situation and everyone there (especially Pepper) was great to talk with. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone! Very Happy! Thank you!!!

Able to schedule us in quick. Both Chris and Jacob were on time, friendly, and performed high quality work. They were very patient too with our 4 yr old who asked them a bunch of questions!

We had LD Smith (no relation) come out to handle a drain-stoppage issue that had been recurring, ever more frequently. They quickly determined what was causing the problem and why it was becoming more/too frequent. We have an old house with very old and deteriorating outdoor connections to what was once a weird system of cisterns and septic tanks but are now connected to sewers. They worked out the best way to take care of things long-term and did it very efficiently. The work ended up being substantial, as we knew it would be. The price, timing, and personnel were all excellent. Of course, with any large (for us) project, there was a hiccup. They handled that with honesty, understanding, and aplomb. We will definitely be calling them first for future plumbing work.

Awesome job. Can’t be any happier. Gave me options that saved me hundreds of dollars on refrigerant. Showed up on time, very professional crew. I’ve had Kyle do work for me in the past and he is very trustworthy. Balfret was also very professional and communicated well. You won’t be disappointed if you pick this company.

If you need a plumber call this guy. Mark really helped me out in a pinch and fixed my problem within a couple hours of my call. His pricing was fantastic, clean cut nice guy, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful over the phone, way more than the other 5 plumbers I talked to. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested, can't say enough positive things about this company I will definitely use the next time we have a problem.

Exterior spigot had a slow drip. Reached out to get quote. They came out the same day and performed the repair. Office contact was super nice and plumber was super friendly. He was professional, kind, respectful, fun, and provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience all the way from the scheduler who answered the phone, the plumber/specialist Puia, the supervisor Ron, and the team leader who scheduled all his team to come to my house. They all came out same day and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone needing plumbing and pipe clean out services. They were amazing.

Even though we unfortunately had to replace our water heater, Jason, Tim and Todd all took great care of us. Jason tried everything he could to get the original to work and made sure to get us the best price he could. Tim and Todd were super friendly, quiet and quick when they were here replacing it. Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.
