This is by far the best plumbing company in the city. Everyone I encountered from Hope was very polite and extremely professional. Jacob Waycott is an absolute beast at this profession. He completed the job on time while training an new employee. I can't remember that young mans name but he did a great job as well and had a very positive attitude. I am going to recommend Hope Plumbing to all my friends. Keep up the great work

I don't often go through the trouble of leaving reviews, but Mike O. was a true professional and I was compelled to do so. I live in an older home with changes/upgrades being made ad hoc. Mike advised and explained in great detail, and after triaging my problem he removed the toilet auger charge because it was no longer needed, so I only paid for the house call. He surely could have fooled me into pursuing the toilet auger just in case. The house call fee to pay for the peace of mind and plumbing lesson was one hell of a deal!

Alex did a great job today. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 min. (faulty garbage disposal) and everything was fixed in less than an hour.

The technician was very professional and friendly,he did a great job with the repair.

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

Had a clogged pipe in the house over holiday weekend resulting in water damage. James B came out same day and quickly diagnosed and resolved issue. Couldn’t recommend higher. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Even stayed past his shift to make sure pipes remained clear without further issue.

I am so incredibly happy that I was advised to call Acme Plumbing to fix my recent plumbing issues. The service technician, Al, came out to my house about an hour after I called for service (AND after being quoted over $4000 from another company), and completely fixed all of my issues for a tiny fraction of the original quote! I can't even express how pleased I am! Definitely going to recommend Acme to all my friends/family!

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

I purchased an Angie's List deal with Service Plus to have our heating/cooling unit tuned up. A few days before the service call, I received an email from Service Plus telling me the name of my technician and a little bit about him. I thought that was incredibly unique and wonderful and it made me feel more comfortable about letting him into my home.When the technician arrived, he was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never once seemed bothered by me. He did a great job and we've not had any issues with our heating/cooling system. We fully plan on using Service Plus again if the need arises!
