Had a very nice experience with Hope Plumbing. We had our sewer pipe burst. Jim came out and explained to me the problem and helped me with what needs to be done to clean up the crawl space. He gave me repair options. The next day, after the clean up, he and Dana came out and had to replace all our pipes under our 72 year old house since they were no longer up to code. They kept me updated, as they worked all day. I am very happy with the workmanship and their customer service. Also want to thank the office staff that I dealt with, Kate and DJ. They were wonderful. I will use Hope Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

We've worked with Pristine Plumbing to complete major plumbing work at a previous property and our current home. Ron and the team are completely professional and consultative. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything, but rather they were laying out the options and providing recommendations based on their knowledge and experience. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the team communicated with us on the progress every step of the way. Our most recent job was a big undertaking including a complete sewer line replacement to the street, sump pump installation in the basement of our historic home, and they also ran water lines up to the 2nd floor so that we can move our washer and dryer up from the basement. They even ran the dryer vent for us as a courtesy, which saved us from having to bring someone else out to the tune of a couple hundred bucks. I can't say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing the work is holding up beautifully and we have complete peace of mind during heavy storms and flooding -- the basement is dry!

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

I had a problem with the water pressure in my house as well as an issue with my kitchen faucet. I contacted Weilhammer Plumbing after reading the good reviews they received in different websites. I called and spoke with Mark. He diagnosed over the phone that I needed a new water softener. They came to my house, and replaced my water softener at the price I was quoted. Mark and his brother in-law were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did a great and professional job. They even fixed the issue I had with my kitchen faucet at no charge. I will definitely recommend Weilhammer Plumbing Co. to anyone needing plumbing work.

**update again** not three weeks after this debacle, the same issue occurred again and we had to call another company to excavate the front yard for over 3,400 dollars.**UPDATE** After working with Eddie, our fourth and final plumber, and speaking with supervisor Jason, I can say that managers and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure all this was resolved. I am more than satisfied with the result and would trust Roto Rooter again to do future service at our home.Three visits, three days, and a dozen calls later I cannot use water and Roto Rooter won't honor their quote to fix the issue. The first guy looked for only thirty seconds, our appointment accidentally didn't get confirmed so the second guy didn't show up until past midnight and then said he couldn't fix the issue because we'd used drain cleaner at 3 pm. He promised somebody at our house the next day at exactly 3 pm and he wrote an invoice for us and provided us with the carbon copy. The next day our third tech is an hour late and refuses to do the work stated on the order for the price promised. He then leaves.I can't get any supervisors to call me back or anybody to talk to me about this.

Had a shower drain leak. Within a couple of hours it was repaired.

Changing up my review. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for a product that cost 25 dollars. That's just straight up dishonest...just sad....
