We had an intermittent leak above our ceiling. Another plumbing company came out twice and couldn’t find it. 3 Kings came out same day and actually found two separate pinhole pipe leaks, fixed both of them, and cleaned everything up before they left.

Donny T is a great technician for Ben Franklin. Strait foreword, genuine and personable. He knows his stuff! Took care of the main issue and addressed all other concerns/questions in detail. Nicely done Donny! Also, Gus C came out today and replaced a faulty ejector. Same deal. Genuine, straightforward, knowledgeable and personable. Nicely done Gus C! Had some issues with scheduling, dispatch and etc. Was going to drop BF for life. Ben F’s scheduling operations/ call centers need some work. I’d recommend Donny and Gus to all. These guys are legit. Ben Franklin……okay….we’ll see.

These guys responded quickly to the copper pipe leak under our slab. They quoted a $1300 price for the repair and ended up only costing me $709. Patrick McCullough did a great job on the repair. They have been around for almost 60 years. Use these guys, they keep their word....

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

we had two other companies here and they had just looked around and then left. This company had actually came out and started to get to work instantly. Phil was the man‼️ He has been trying everything and told me his every move. He had Ron and Blake also come out to see if they could do anything and they did. They’re amazing and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Oh and it’s affordable rates.

Ricky bray came to my in less than 45 minutes after I called my problem he went right to it and explained what he neede to do. He finished in less than an hour I was impressed by cleanliness and courtesy. I would rate him very high.
