Our technician Ryan P. was so kind and outgoing! After buying our new home last year unfortunately our water heater gave out due to age and we upgraded to a tankless water heater! We are very happy with the installation as it takes up much less space and he took care to clean up any mess that was made in the process!

However, the person who makes the executive decisions in this house decided the color did not meld well with the rest of the eclectic colors in our KitchenAustin gave suggestions for where to go.
