Best Plumbing Drain Cleaning in Indianapolis IN

We searched and reviewed many plumbers. Based on our reviews we called Hope Plumbing. So glad we did. We needed to have both bathroom toilets replaced. Our plumber Heidi called this morning with her arrival time and she was there right on time. She reviewed our situation and then wrote up multiple options for replacement. Heidi answered all our questions and once we made our decision she began work. Her knowledge and her work are incredible. She took the time to explain what she was doing when we would ask a question. My husband and I are so pleased with the job Heidi did. Any further plumbing needs we will certainly call Hope Plumbing. Thank you Heidi for a job well done.

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

The cost if a line repair between the water main and the house is never fun to swallow, but the people from Cater's My Plumber made the process comforting and transparent. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. I enjoyed being able to interact and discuss the details of the effort. I have made similar repairs myself, but they are bug nast<0y jobs. After numerous drainage issues, it was discovered with a scope camera that the pipes from my house to the city sewer had partially collapsed due to a poor pipe install back in the 90s. Over two days, L.D. Smith re-did 20' of pipes from my house to the sewer with minimal inconvenience to me. Kevin and Phil were easy to work with, answered all my questions, and provided a fair price. Kevin has also done good work in the past for the house. Would recommend!

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. There was NEVER a long time spent waiting for a response. No hiccups in communication. The workmanship was fantastic. The price was great. And the cherry on top was Solomon reaching out to make sure everything was to our mutual client's liking (I'm the realtor selling the house). Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!
