Best Pipe Repair And Replacement in Indianapolis IN

They tried to charge my $4,750 to replace a pipe in my crawlspace and a spigot. (!!!) O'Brien Mechanical did the same job for $800. Please, get a second opinion. Perhaps this was a one-off pricing situation, but--wow--just WOW!

Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Returning home from vacation on a Saturday night, we found our water heater has sprung a leak. We called 6 different 24 hour services and got no answer and no response. Mark (Weilhammer) not only answered the phone, but came out during a heavy snow to get us up and running. Very grateful, highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience. The toilet was clogged and they sent someone out within 1 1/2 hours. Phil throughly reviewed the situation and provided us with two estimates. He completed the work within minutes and we were charged the amount he had estimated. Phil is very nice, very clean and respectful of our home and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a chance to use them ask for Phil. You will be happy with his expertise.

Ron with Acme came out today and did a Teralift and replaced the line from the house to the tank. Felt he was honest and genuine with the work that needed to be done for optimal performance on our septic. Turn around for the work to be done was only a few days. Have used them in the past for inside plumbing as well. Will use them again in the future.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Repaired Spigot. They were able to determine issues and repair the same. Day. I was impressed with that being done.

They did a good job debugging a weird electrical and have proposed a straightforward fix. They will follow up with a quote to perform the fix.

I made an appointment in the middle of the night for next day morning service. They called as soon as they opened and made arrangements. Connor definitely went above and beyond, got my leak fixed and drain unclogged pretty quick. He was also super helpful and polite!! Service Plus will for sure be my first call next time I need help!!
