Thought I had a drain clog so I had a drain tech come out, Seth. He determined that I wasn’t having a clog issue but sadly that I had a leak instead. Seth turned the water off at the main until a different tech could come and get to the bottom of the situation. Richard arrived cut the hole in the wall and immediately saw that we had black mold growing from a leak. He turned the water back on to find the leak. It is amazing that such a small leak can cause so much damage! Richard got everything repaired/replaced in a timely manner and has passed our info on to the restoration team that they work with.For this being a nightmare, Hope Plumbing is making it as painless as possible!I highly recommend them!

I had called several plumbing company’s to replace my main shut off valve in my 1927 home. Plumbers came and charged the 85 dollar service fee but did not repair the main shut off valve. Many excuses were given as to why they were unable to complete the job. Finally, Mitchell Wistenphal, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, came to our rescue. He was able to replace the main shut off valve and replaced three bathroom shut off valves for an extraordinary reasonable price. He was patient, courteous and tenacious. Grateful Plumbers arrived early and were very professional. We needed a jacuzzi tub faucet replaced and we were both very impressed with their knowledge. They were our second estimate and it came in at about half of the previous one. We Did use them for the repair and plan on using them for our irrigation system also.

Smith were very proactive in their communication with us, making the timing expectation clear as well as keeping us informed on who would be coming our for our service request. The L.D. Smith repair team quickly diagnosed, and made repairs on the same trip, and kept us informed throughout the process. Although I hope to never need a plumbing visit again, when I do, I'll call L.D. Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

We have a service/maintenance plan with Godby and they provide great customer service. They were quick and responsive when our heater wouldn't come on during a snowstorm.

Service Plus was able to get Brian dispatched the same day that I called (within 4 hours). He was friendly and clearly very experienced. The fix ended up being pretty simple, but I have no doubt that Brian could have handled it!

Tech showed up 30 minutes early and was very thorough and made sure that my ac was in pristine condition for the summer. As a long time customer I appreciate the great service.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a toilet drain issue for about 3 days. Hunter, Warren, and the rest of the team tried many options and finally solved our drainage issue.
