Eric was prompt in his arrival time and informative of the process. He finished the install with ease and it didn't take long. He even took the time to inquire and make recommendations about my water softener but had enough integrity to advise that based on his finding it's fine to leave it alone for now.

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

Service Plus came out as part of service contract to do my annual plumbing inspection. In reality, Terry Spurling, the serviceman did very little. He spent 5 min to drain the hot water heaters vs a full drain (which is typically and takes more like 30 -40 minutes for my tanks), flushed a toliet, and timed how long it took for the water to get hot in the basement. He was very pushy about replacing my new hot water heaters with tankless and was very rude overall. They were in and out in about 20 minutes but sat in their vans on the street for another 40 minutes. Based on my conversations with Service Plus before the inspection, he did not perform the tasks intended. I called back and confirmed expectations again. Since he did not do what they outlined, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was out to lunch and never called back. I called again to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back. I would definitely not recommend this company.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any service you need.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Their driver's are wreckless, don't use signals, make obscene gesters at fellow travelers and tailgate dangerously close. Their employees are not ones you want to be around on the road, let alone in your home or business.

As always, the plumber from Howald, Arman, was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He fixed our exterior hose faucet that was leaking and advised how to properly maintain it to avoid the issue in the future.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

Need replacement and called a couple other plumbers and they all said we can Try and make it out today but no guarantees we can fix it. Danny said he would come right over and help. Pricing was far and work was completed before noon.
