This was my first time to use Hope Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again when needed. Tyler was on time and did an excellent job explaining the water heater replacement to me. He completed the job promptly and professionally.

When I initially called in my emergency (water spewing from a hose attached to my washer) the dispatcher was very professional and helpful. Was empathetic about my panic and assured me they could help! Then the scheduler called and said they could have someone here in 1/2 hour. It was less than that and the tech did a WONDERFUL job! Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

We had an old water heater that caused some flooding in our basement. I ended up calling Armor Air, who sent Nick out to us. Nick gave us multiple options on how we can go about our system, offering new ideas such as a tankless heater, installing a new tank or removing a tank and re-distributing the piping so water flows to the one good tank we have. Since it was near Christmas time, we decided to have Nick re-pipe and remove the old heater. He did an amazing job, cleaned up after himself, and helped my mom with an odd random plumbing question regarding her bathroom faucets. I will definitely go back to Armor Air and hopefully request Nick for their services when we decide to go tankless! Very professional and patient. Just a great overall experience.
