My tech Derrick was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to help. It was a refreshing experience and I appreciate the service.

The plumber Reconstructed my toilet by adding a $12 part in the tank, taking 20 minutes and charging me $350. He then charged me $300.00 for fixing an outside faucet and bringing it up to code. Less than a total hour's work for $650.00. Additionally, he had absolutely no knowledge of a tankless water heater that I was considering replacing. Although, over the years, I have recommended this company, at 75 yr old and disabled I have lost trust in this company.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

B&W was fantastic! Someone was able to come out not long after I called. Basement water problem had been going on for two months. Bobby was wonderful, very pleasant, and professional. Jelly ER was able to schedule me for the next day to install an automatic water shutoff valve my insurance company required for our house. JB explained things thoroughly and got it installed.

We had an emergency where a drain in our garage overflowed. Called them, even though it was already early evening, but they did come and fixed the problem right away. Very nice gentlemen. I would definitely call them again. Thank you so much!!!

Highly recommend Plumbing Doctors. They did not charge for an estimate of the job, but allowed me to say yes or no and then they stuck with the (very reasonable) price regardless of how long it was going to take. And it was a lengthy job due to old corroded bolts that needed to be sawed off, but Travis was thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. He was prompt and there was excellent communication before his arrival. Their primary location is in Anderson, so we think this is quite a find and will definitely call them again.
Update: Kevin came and installed a new toilet for us. He was quick and thorough and we were not charged for this service! (Just had to supply our own toilet.) We are pleased to now have no problems.

Had leaking furnace exhaust pipe replaced by Peterman. Today with the rain notice water leak from said pipe. Peterman got someone here within 2 hours. Oscar did a great job resolving the issue. Turns out wrong type of flashing was installed (not by Peterman, previous home owner).Oscar took pictures of the issue and spent great deal of time in the rain fixing the leak, no additional charge. Again the leak was caused by a preexisting condition. This is how build loyalty.
