You know, they are not the cheapest plumbers. But they are the best. They show up on time, they are kind and thorough and informative, and they follow through on their excellent work. I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Larry gave us our estimate; Joe and ??Brandon (I can’t remember - I’m sorry) did the work installing a tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job. Very happy to have them as our plumbers.

6 year old clogged up the toilet with wet wipes. The clog couldn’t be cleared despite my best efforts. The first plumber I called wasn’t going to be able to make it out until the following Monday. Ciriello’s was able to get a plumber out that day. Ultimately the toilet had to be pulled, cleared and re-seated. $385 later the clog was cleared. I wasn’t happy about spending close to four hundred dollars but I was happy to have a working toilet again. The 6 year old has assured me no more wet wipes will be going into the toilet.

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

Bill did an excellent job explaining everything and thoroughly cleaned out our line. Our house is a bit of a challenge being that it was built in 1896. He had to evaluate multiple ways of trying to access the line. He was very professional.

I had Alijah come out to service my sewer drain in the basement and he was punctual and courteous with awesome guest manners. I explained and showed my issue to him and he knew what I meant and explained back to me how he was going to fix it and fixed it! He really made it feel more like having a friend come over and help you out than a stranger in your home. Thanks again man!!

We have a service/maintenance plan with Godby and they provide great customer service. They were quick and responsive when our heater wouldn't come on during a snowstorm.

The crew was very caring and understanding. They explained very clearly what I needed and why. Updated me on the work time. Cleaned up and tested to make sure things were working. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will use them again for future services ?.

I cannot recommend them enough, he was here in 30 minutes of calling and fixed the problem quickly and professionally, even with my German Shepard constantly sniffing him.

He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. He also discovered an underlying issue that needs attention soon. No hard selling or pressure. He told us what needs to happen and if we need him to do it, just call.

The very first person who came here to try to install the HALO unit didn't do a thing right. It wasn't even connected! When he left, we noticed the silver electrical tape was coming apart & the unit was FALLING OUT of our furnace! I called Christian later that day & he said It'll still work. Just put some duct tape around it. WOW! SERIOUSLY?! Christian is an extremely kind, professional & patient person... I just later found out that he hadn't installed but a couple of these HALO units. I couldn't understand why they sent him here when Armor Air knew I wanted HALO installed. ?

After I requested a knowledgeable worker over, you sent an older (thank GOD) gentleman named Tim (with age comes experience!). Tim took one look & looked really shocked. He said one major thing was forgotten in this installation & then upon further inspection, he actually said none of this was done correctly. Do you remember who did this? So anyways, he took about 20-30 minutes to do the job right. I thought maybe some dust in our house was making me have severe allergies (b/c this is the FIRST TIME I've EVER had a single allergy problem... but I started getting a runny nose, sneezing, really raspy voice which was the WORST, eyes constantly watering, etc). Tim said in about 3 weeks, I should notice my allergies go away (if our air quality was indeed the cause). Well, almost 3 weeks to the day, every single allergy went completely away.
BUT THEN, a different employee came over the summer for a check-up & literally that evening, every single allergy came back. My Mother started to feel her allergy symptoms again too.
I have since tried calling so he could come back here, but all to no avail.

UPDATE: I was able to get ahold of Armor Air & requested Tim ONLY. He was amazing, yet again, as he's been doing this for years (years usually turn practice into near perfection). Within minutes, he was able to inform me that the entire HALO unit was bad. It literally broke within a few months of getting it (when it should last years & years lol). He had to order a new unit last week (day before Thanksgiving) & will be installing it this week.
