Not only was he extremely polite and easy to chat with, but he answered all of my various questions concerning other plumbing issues with my old home. I highly recommend.

He keep me in the loop with every step. He addressed all my concerns, including my need for cleanliness. He cleaned up after himself and left my property spotless. He even cleaned up the water caused by the leak. He made me feel like a real person with real concerns. I really appreciate this serice

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

They were very friendly, fast, helpful, and was willing to take time to explain everything that was going to happen. The workers were always giving us updates throughout the process and made us feel secure and satisfied through the process. We were never worried once we called roto rooter we knew everything would be handled properly and in a professional manner. Jason arrived on time to install my new water heater and did a great job. He patiently answered all my questions. I also appreciated that he took time to tell me how best to maintain the water heater to extend its' life. That is great customer service. From the initial conversation with John to the final installation with Jason, everything happened as it was described to me. I will say that I was told it would be a couple of hours and it took a bit over 3 hours, so if I had only taken 1/2 day off that might not have worked well. But I know they can only estimate this - different for every install. All in all, I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor for excellent work and excellent customer service. Thanks Jason and John!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

I have been using Godby for our commercial building in Fishers for the last 2 years. They are always on time with their scheduled PM's and are up front with any potential repairs that are needed or can be put off and scheduled for a later time. All repairs are done while being safety compliant when using boom lifts etc. Great all-round service with no smoke & mirrors pricing. You should give them a try for your commercial or residential needs....

Very unprofessional and over priced.The company hired me in as an “apprentice”. I was eager to get started and learn the trade. Instead, I was lied to and thrown in the warehouse as a helper. It only took me a couple months to figure out the inconsistencies of the company. The other “apprentice” was hired to do hvac as well. However, they just strictly use him to drive one of their master plumbers around because he can’t stay awake at the wheel and is too much of a liability. They have a couple plumbers who are NOT fully licensed yet either, but have them out anyways individually working on jobs in your home! They’re not even qualified! The owner of the company is Beth, she is an extremely hateful and a rude person. I was also informed that her son who used to work for them at the time went to prison and once he gets out will look to carry out his legacy at B&W. BEWARE!!!

24-7 plumbing is incredible! They came out for an emergency sump pump replacement. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Sewage was backing up my basement drain and my main was clogged. Called in at 8 and they were fixing the problem 2 hours later. They are a great team, Mark knew exactly what to do, and gave me straight answers to my silly questions. I would recommend them to anyone having issues!

León was able to come earlier in the day, which I preferred. I had 4 toilets that were leaking and they were all repaired before 9:45!

My neighbor used this company for a sewer dig. After they came and parked the truck on my lawn to dig and repair their sewer under the driveway. End of job all the pipes under the truck on my yard needed replaced. Which in turn had me for half of the new dig. They also won’t come back to fill the hole once it sinks in. That is on the home owner. Beware!!!
