I had a leak on my main water line running from my well to the house. I talked with Ron and he sent out Everit to analyze and give estimate. The 2 Plumbers that came over to my house yesterday, I believe it was a father and son team if I remember correctly the fathers name was Larry! They were terrific! They were extremely nice and they really knew their Plumbing business, They gave me my options of what to do to fix my sump pump and then immediately set forth and finished the job! I was about ready to bring them coffee but before I could they had already finish the job! I highly recommend this to person team from Carters my Plummer!

Tyler repaired some toilets for me, this required some careful cutting due to rusted bolts and contortion die to the small space. Tyler was great throughout, explained some technical items and left the rooms cleaner than he found them.

Jeff Kew has GOT to be mistaken! Weilhammer Plumbing was nothing but great on the phone to me. He took time and really went into everything about my problem. Sometimes when people don't like the answer they get, they consider it rude. I can't imagine! I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered!

$303 to be told we needed a new sump pump. Tech should have had the experience to check that out initially, or knowledge to present the possibility. After statin $303 was owed tech stated he could install new pump for $600+. I bought one at Menards for $109 pkys tax and installed in less than an hour. Never again with this group.

We had worked Kima come out today for clog. Came in Less than a hour from calling on a sat. Was efficient, friendly, wore a mask and cleaned up well after himself. Would use again.

These guys are awesome! During the great Siberianapolis pipe freeze of 2018 they found the time to help me resolve my frozen pipe issues. They have been super busy but helped me troubleshoot and fix stuff and even came out between runs. Very knowledgeable about houses especially. Call these guys, they are fast and want to help.

Still haven't fixed my problem still draining into my yard

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.
