These guys are awesome! During the great Siberianapolis pipe freeze of 2018 they found the time to help me resolve my frozen pipe issues. The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

We had a sewer line issue in the early part of 2020 and had contacted another plumbing company in Indy for service. At this point, I don’t remember the name BUT they tried to rip us off by saying that the line from the house to the septic tank/system in our yard was blocked and would cost $7,500 to fix.

So, I found Gurney J. Bush online and saw they also handled septic systems. A plumber came out the next day and the FIRST THING he said was that there was a sign on the cover of the septic tank which clearly said the system was no longer connected to the house...we were on the city sewer system!!!??

Needless to say, this company “saved the day” and cleared the blockage from an access point in the front yard. IF anyone reading this has the need for an HONEST and timely plumber company to make an assessment and do the work, CALL Gurney J. Bush Inc.!!

Natural gas leak in crawl space
