Mark Weilhammer came and replaced my antiquated water softener. He went above and beyond in explaining the new system and several other questions I had regarding plumbing. He was patient and extremely efficient working with my schedule. If only the newer, younger guys out there would take a page out of this professional's book - we all wouldn't be relying on all of these reviews. I had a crew building a fence in my backyard and in the process of digging, they drilled through my sump pump pipe. I called Roto-Rooter, and within no time, Eric arrived to save the day. He quoted the job right away and was finished with the repair within a couple of hours. The fence crew was able to get back on the job with very little delay. Thanks Eric!

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

These guys rock!!!! I had a raw sewage smell that a few other plumbers couldn’t find nor resolve. Danny did a great job at resolving the problem and actually brought to my attention other problems that I had and repaired them as well. I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation.

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!
