Brian inspected our sump pump system and determined the primary and secondary pumps are in great shape, he drilled a new weep hole and raised the the floater. The source of the problem was the water level in the well was too low. He installed a new maintenance free battery. Brian was professional during his visit. He explained everything in terms that I could understand, and he was right on time.

I had a guy named william from this company come out. He did awesome! He was only there for about 5 minutes. I couldn’t seem to get my water to turn on. He came in and worked his magic and boom water! Lol He was great at explaining everything to me if i have any other issues i will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

Highly recommend we used them for new heat and air in our home they were super helpful with everything from financing to what we should get to help even out the air temperatures in our house. They did not come in and try to upsell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need only what we in inquiring about we did do some add ons of our choice. The sales guy we had absolutely professional and helpful with my million questions lol and once it was all said and done and we figured out what we we’re going to get they were out the next day getting it installed the next day guarantee install is legit and they mean it once I gave the final ok they were out the next morning getting it installed. And 6 months later now they came out to check everything as part of the maintenance plan . So yes I would highly recommend peterman brothers to anyone they’ve been nothing but pleasant to work with .

Absolutely fantastic! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with any service company and/or technician. It was unbelievably fast to request service as a first time customer, and even at Christmas time, they were able to have someone out within 3 days. The technician was thorough, professional, and very nice to be around and talk to. There was no up charge, no trying to sell us anything, and zero pressure. I will never use another company going forward. Also, they had the best available pricing that I could find in my research. Love it!
