I have high praise for Hope Plumbing and the service I was given by John today. He arrived at my house promptly (after calling to let me know he was on his way), and completed the work of replacing my kitchen faucet and sink in a very professional and timely way. Even though I have an old house, that was built in the 50’s, he worked with it, & did a great job! Five stars! (Wish it could be 10!) I highly recommend this company.

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

I made an appointment online in the morning and called a short while after opening hours to confirm. A technician (David) had already been assigned, and arrived early in the afternoon. David asked me for the symptoms, which I was able to give details on. He then turned on the A/C and went directly outside to the Condenser unit. Within a few minutes he had identified the problem. David was both friendly and professional. He gave me additional tips on keeping my A/C running better, and was even able to look up the age of the system for me (28 years, a little less than I had thought). Chapman's service and price were outstanding and I highly recommend them. I was up-and-running quickly, and feel like I dodged a bullet in both price and repair time. I intend to get a quote from Chapman soon, for the replacement of the system.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Chose Peterman to replace the old furnace and AC from the 1970s on the house we bought in April of 2021. Brand new, top of the line unit that cost us just shy of $22,000! The install took much longer than we were told, and the unit was freezing over and not working properly within a month of the install. From May of 2021 through January of 2022, the system broke and needed repairs literally once a month at least, sometimes more. Communication from them is always awful. The AC was never fixed before we needed to stop using it for the heat, and the heat didn’t work once switched over. The heat was “fixed” and worked kind of through the winter, but now is once again not working. It has been two weeks, and they still haven’t fixed it, even after telling us the problem is the exact same problem at last winter, and they messed up and only replaced one of the two parts that should’ve have been replaced back in October of 2021. They no-called, no-showed to an appointment this past Monday. I was told today that a manager would be getting with me and have heard nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of now, and hope they will finally take me seriously and do better. If I could go back in time, I’d give a better company my hard-earned 22 grand. STAY AWAY. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Great technician! Respectful of my property and my time. He thoroughly discussed his inspection process, answered my most basic questions and gave me suggestions and advice when needed. I was confident in the skill set and knowledge base he displayed and felt reassured he could handle any issues that might be detected while inspecting my furnace. I hope he stays with the company for many years to come.
