Richard was great! The power went out the night he was supposed to do the job, so he came out first thing the next morning. He was personable and a good conversationalist (I know I can get chatty sometimes). Which I really appreciated. He was patient with my dogs and took the time to give them treats and “make friends” with them! Thank you for the spectacular service!

Frozen water pipes. While he was here, we got additional information about other plumbing issues that we will need help with at a later date.

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Aaron was very knowledgeable and explained the work he performed and what went bad with the old water heater. The water heater was under warranty and the Company was very easy to work with throughout the replacement process.

Jason has been so great to work with. He shows up on time and gets the work done quickly. Both my houses are over 100 years old and his plumbing knowledge is impressive. Happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust!

I picked Bob the Plumber based on these reviews and my experience was nothing like the others. I was way over charged, but wanted to be done with it. The only good part was Bob lost out on a big profit as he had to come back. He didn’t even fix it right. I have sense learned he brags about overcharging elder and women.

Eric P did a great job today. The HVAC side of the business has always been great. This rating is for the HVAC service and not for the hot water heater Installation. It was a 1. Notes below are from that review.I have been a customer for over a decade. They had a five star review from me.A hotwater heater was installed and did damage to my home. Leaked from the top as well as the solder joint into the wall. Took 2 days for them to call in the remediation company to start drying it out. They left me with the clean up and my hot water is still barely above warm & my home was not and has not been fixed as they said it would be. Voicemails left for management are never returned.

Alex was great and did an awesome job! Routine maintenance and did find some issues. Prices are always a bit higher than I hope. ? But great service.

Chad was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. Was very professional and respectful. Repaired my condensation drain in a timely matter. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We have used Roby’s for years (and at three successive homes) – and have only positive experiences to report. The people they have answering their phones are actually knowledgeable about plumbing which is very helpful. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us. We trust this company and frankly can’t imagine using anyone else.

78 year old mother had a leak. In her bedroom from the upstairs bathroom which had been completely remodeled a year ago. After hearing the Peterman brothers commercials I said why don't you give them a call and see what they say? They came out Gave her estimate for $6300 wanted to tear out the new bathroom that was the issue. Which it was not. Leak detectors They came out ran some equipment over the ceiling in her bedroom found the leak. Call the local respectable plumber cut a hole in the ceiling fix the leak total costs for leak detectors and the plumber $675. Called Peterman brothers to tell him of my concern? The lady on the other line said oh well is there anything I can do for you? So I imagine she probably works for free because her customer service skills sucked. But if that's what you're gonna do to a 78 year old lady God Help you. There was no concern at all about a jacked up estimate so here's a company I would never recommend.
