He detected what the problem was right away, he explained what he was going to do to fix it, and quoted a very reasonable price for the service.Alex answered questions about septic tank issues and he went above and beyond my expectations with his professionalism and friendliness.

they were very professional. the plumber they sent out informed me of all the items he checked. He even inspected the entire crawl space for any other problems and then reported back to me. He keep me in the loop with every step. He addressed all my concerns, including my need for cleanliness. He cleaned up after himself and left my property spotless. Had a toilet malfunction due to an overabundance of toilet tissue used. I tried my best with a plunger and a cheap, household drain snake to no avail. Roto-Rooter responded within an hour of me calling and were able to take care of the problem in less than 15 minutes without having to remove the toilet (the clog was in the stack). The two gentlemen who arrived were courteous, explained everything, assured I understood the price schedule and cleaned up after their selves. The price was a bit steep, but worth the effort of me having to figure it all out and it was explained clearly to me what the job might cost prior to me authorizing the work. Excellent, quick and professional service. I will request the same servicemen the next time I need plumbing and drain service!

Our HVAC system was ailing and Godby did a fantastic job from top to bottom. They diagnosed that it needed to be replaced (not repaired), were clear about our options in terms of size / SEER, and were generally excellent in terms of customer service. Their price was more than reasonable - actually the lowest bid we received on the job. Install was professional, quick, thoughtful with regards to our family's space and time.
