We had Jim come and fix our water heater yesterday. He also spent time explaining what was going wrong. And how to prevent it in the future. He also took time to point out some general plumbing information (where my main water valves we’re and how to use them). I also appreciated that when they had to reschedule my appointment due to previous appointments running long before I could even ask for it they offered me a $50 credit to my account. They really understand what customer service means!

On the morning of August 31st, 2017 I called ACME due to a septic issue. I'd called a handful of other places and been told that it would be at least a week before they could come out. Upon calling ACME the woman that answered the phone was friendly, upfront about pricing, and thought she could maybe get someone to my house that day if I was willing to be flexible.
My toilets would not flush and I had family inbound to stay for the weekend, totally cool with me to be flexible.
Throughout the day the tech assigned to me texted and called me to update on what time he would be at my house. I was his last stop of the day before he could start his weekend, but you couldn't tell it. Shane was friendly, efficient, and offered up many tips on how to keep my septic system healthy going forward. After he finished we stood around and chatted, sharing deer hunting stories and pics, well past when he could have just cut the conversation short, ran my credit card, and headed home to his family. As a manager of 70 employees (EMTs and Paramedics) myself, I can only hope our people are as polite, professional, and good humored as Shane was that day.
There is only one plumbing and septic company name in my phone now.
It was very evident to me that ACME cares about their customers and their employees demonstrate it.

Bob is the most disrespectful business person I've dealt with in my 15 years living in Indianapolis. I called to inquire about him servicing a plumbing issue. He rudely responded, no, before I could finish my sentence. Very, very unprofessional.

I recently used Steg Plumbing for a total house fixtures inspection, cleaning, flushing and kitchen sink replacement after a local water softener installation failure by a national high profile, name brand equipment and service provider distributing resin throughout our total water supply) and their service tech was one of the most friendly, professional and deliberate service professionals I've ever encountered. I recommend them all day long!

Jonathan was courteous and efficient. Drain was cleared and everything cleaned up after.

Tino went above and beyond to install an outlet in our laundry closet. Our building’s wiring is not the easiest to figure out, but he did an excellent job. The folks in the office were very nice, and they sent us texts and called to let us know who was coming and when.

At first I called for Moon Family Plumbing to do a project in my kitchen. What some plumbers told me would take 3 days Moon Family Plumbing knocked out in 2. Inspection and demo on the first and before lunch the next day the job was complete.

This company will not quit until the job is done right. Very persistent and skilled. When I wanted to settle, they did not.

He was very prompt and polite. Very professional. We had a yearly maintenance check on our pipes, drains, water heater, water softener. He didn't rush his job and was honest with what he found. He didn't try to update me on anything. Very honest.

B&W showed up on time and quickly confirmed the problem. They gave me a reasonable estimate and price for fixing the problem and then met the expectations. I appreciate the transparency and ability to execute on what was promised.
